Stayed Dec 27, 2020Way to expensive for what you get. The room needs updating badly. Very poor wifi connection Cable TV is bad.

Stayed Jul 2, 2020I could not get there pm because of backup on the 17. I arrived early Friday and was told my reservation had been cancelled. I had to talk to a manager who also stated it couldn’t be reinstated. I had to argue with and it was one half hour before reservation was finally reinstated. A fully paid for with a written confirmation cancelled without even trying to contact me. Very poor

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The properties provided to VRBO renters are sub-standard at best. Ours was a unit that felt like a cave to enter through. When we got in there was toothpaste on the fabric chair, the cabinet door in the kitchen fell off when we opened it, the shower dripped, and the view off the door wall was of a 30’ net to stop golf balls from hitting the condo. The rooms were nothing like the pictures. They moved us to a new room two days later that had a better view but the sink was plugged in the bathroom, the hot water handle leaked water, the furniture was dated and uncomfortable, and the dish washer didn’t work. The sales staff misrepresented their products and when we filed a complaint their escalation department stated that that didn’t matter. I would never recommend a diamond resort to anyone and would highly recommend staying anywhere but here

Stayed Feb 24, 2018We loved the unit! It had all the amenities that we wanted! The king size bed was very comfortable, the pull out couch was memory foam, the kitchen was nice, and there was a washer and dryer in the unit.
