Stayed May 26, 2022Checked in to the room only to find out the posting was completely inaccurate. Some of the pictures from the posting are not even from this resort (as confirmed with the front desk management).

Stayed Dec 3, 2021I specifically asked if this room had the in-room jetted tub. My question was never answered but my payment and reservation was swiftly accepted. Also, the pool was closed as well as the waterfall jacuzzi. This was particularly disappointing because these were the very features that attracted me to this location. In addition, beware of the time share vultures who decend on you the moment you check in. They are your typical eager sales types. Other than that the place was nice.

Stayed Jun 11, 2021Check in was terrible.. Only too ppl in line ahead of me.. Took 45 min too checkin.. SAYS IN THE AD AND OR LISTING THAT THERE IS NO HIDDEN FEES OR RESORTS FEES... LIE.. NOT ACCURATE IN ANY WAY.. THE HOST TELLS YOU THAT IT'S A $200 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.. LIES.. NOT ACCURATE AT ALL IT WAS $300.. NO ONE TO HELP WITH BAGS.. GET IN THE ELEVATOR TO THE 2ND FLOOR.. GET OFF AND SEE A FILTHY DIRTY HALLWAY WITH TRASH BAGS.. LITERALLY.. TRASH BAGS.. GOT INTO THE ROOM.. AND FOUND A FILTH TUB WITH HAIR.. EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE.. TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN AND YOUR.. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY.

Stayed Sep 23, 2016The property was very clean and well kept. All of the pools were open during our stay and we enjoyed not having to wait in lines for the water slides. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub when the pool closed. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. And we are hoping to book a return trip very soon. Thank you for the great experience.
