Stayed Dec 27, 2021The property and resort and amenities are great. However the only way to communicate is to go to lobby. The phone in room didnt have a directory and I called the main line a few times on my cell and just got bumped around. Lastly the wifi was not good at all. Therefore, making online reservations or booking experiences took forever. The room was good. The resort and amenities were great. The pool was perfect for the family.
