Stayed Aug 8, 2025The property is perfect for a large group of people. There are many beds/rooms/bathrooms and great outdoor space. It’s an easy walk to the ferry/town so it’s a great location as well. The host was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this property!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025We stayed for a week - 3 families, the house has several bedrooms so everyone had space and was comfortable. The third level is great for a family - we had a room for our two kids and one for us, as well as a play area. The house is very convenient to town, we barely used our car. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of took the time to accommodate us when we arrived early. Highly recommend.

Stayed May 12, 2025The house and setting were superb. Eight former classmates from grad school after a 40 year separation convened there and loved it. Thanks go to Douglas Kennedy (our host) for making the arrangements and responding quickly to our questions and requests. He was genuinely concerned about us, and it was greatly appreciated.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Our extended family, ages 1 1/2 to 80, numbering 16, enjoyed our week-long stay, giving the 5-13 aged kids the independence to bike or walk into town for ice cream, play games on the sloping lawn and have dinner on the long outdoor table. Excellent air conditioning came in handy. We took advantage of the Block Island Club’s week long membership for tennis and sailing - highly recommend.

Stayed Sep 22, 2023The house was very spacious with many bedrooms and incredibly close to town. Very easy walk to/from the ferry. Douglas was an incredible host - he was very friendly and incredibly accommodative. Highly recommend the house!
