Stayed Dec 31, 1969The biggest plus here is location. You get seaview, promenade, all the shops around you. Just one minute (max) and you are sitting on the beach. Though, the biggest minus for us was location. Super noisy surroundings, a lot of street musicians performing right next to your window, young people gathering and shouting at night. Would be all good, but sound isolatio was very poor. You felt like sleeping outside on promenade. Again, the location minus was just for us because of having a small child. For other people, this might be a perfect apartment.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was amazing, right next to the beach and supermarkets, restaurants etc all on your doorstep. The terrace was lovely with an amazing beach/sea view. It was well equipped, comfortable and easy apartment to stay in. Would highly recommend it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nos encantó el piso. Muy limpio cómodo a pie de playa con gran terraza al paseo. Cocina amplia y armarios empotrados. Tuvimos un pequeño problema por un portazo de la puerta y mantenimiento vino lo más rápido posible a arreglarla siendo las 9.30 de la noche Pues la verdad todo perfe

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, der Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte, ÖPNV, alles ohne Probleme zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Möbilierung ist funktional und modern. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr spärlich, insbesondere wenn man länger dort wohnt. Aufgrund der geringen Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Gläsern ist die Spülmaschine nicht zu benutzen, da man nicht genug Geschirr hat, um sie zu füllen, die Benutzung wäre absolute Wasserverschwendung. Während meines gesamten Aufenthaltes waren im Haus in mehreren Wohnungen sehr laute Grundsanierungen, überall wird viel gebaut oder saniert, von daher ist mit Lärmbelästigung zu rechnen.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Location is amazing!! Close to a parking garage if you have a car and in the heart of the best of Las Canteras. Apartment is super basic. Has only what you need (I.e two towels, basic cooking utensils, plastic chairs/table for the terrace) nothing fancy.

Stayed Nov 16, 2021Had a great time in Las Palmas, apartment centrally located only minutes away of supermarkets, restaurants, beach. On the weekends a bit noisy outside late at night. Apartment perfect, clean, big balcony. Only 3 days of bad weather kept us from venturing out. All in all we can recommend the apartment totally, great and super friendly service at all times. Can‘t wait to go back ????
