Conveniently located close to the center, clean, great AC, water quality, comfy bed, modern, garage. Truly one of the best. Nothing really. There is a set of stairs leading up to the main floor, something to note when you carry heavy luggagehave mobility issues. But the place is a gem

Beautiful place !!

Having stayed here before we liked the addition of beach chairs and beach towels. The towels were great for people travelling light. Having a garage is a luxury in Pollença. The property is super clean. We’d have liked some loungers on the terrace. Eight chairs for a one bedroom property is unnecessary. Better tv. No English Channels , such things are a must in the winter.

The apt was good—as shown in photos, clean, well-equipped, bright. Good parking spot and washer. Great desk, kitchen. There are narrow stairs up to the terrace. Hot water ran out when we both tried to shower. Manager left us one roll of toilet paper for a 6-day stay, so we had to go out to find more. They only sent instructions to the apt and codes less than 2 hours before checkin, which we couldn’t get since we were driving through mountains with no cell. Worst, they insisted we had to drive our own final trash (we only had one bag) to a city dump 2 miles away upon leaving. I would never rent from them again.

We had a good time at the apartment. However, we encountered two cockroaches within two days, which was unpleasant. The bed always felt a bit damp, likely due to the high humidity, which made things a little uncomfortable. That being said, the location is excellent, the size of the apartment is great, and the balcony is fantastic. Despite the minor issues, we can still recommend the apartment. It’s probably perfect in the peak summer months!

Lovely flowers and wine was there for us when we arrived late Saturday evening and it was quik to heat up the house. We loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The mountain and rooftop view from the balcony is beautiful. It’s peaceful and quiet and a close walk to the square and everything around it. Nice bakeries nearby. The apartment was clean and cosy. Will definitely be returning in the future!

A great apartment on the first floor with private roof terrace and entrance. Very comfortable stay close to the town centre of Pollenca. Good communication from host. Would recommend!

This townhouse is very nice furnished and absolutely cozy. The open living room (incl. kitchen, dining room table and TV corner) offers plenty of space and is also very comfortable and cozy On the same level, there is a nice bathroom with a wonderful relaxing rain shower. Before the way upstairs is the bedroom, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The terrace has a great view of the Puig de Maria. The surroundings and the streets around are very quiet - all in all, a great place to relax and we will definitely come back! Short distances to the center and good restaurants and bars around, are another plus.Just like the garage. We have booked through HomeVillas360 several times before and this time it was great again, just like the communication before and after the stay. We will be back! In terms of equipment, a few small things...a broom would have been good and not just a hand brush. For a longer stay, I would suggest to offer a second set of towels and bed linen. Take a look at the parasol, as it couldn't be fixed in place, what could play a role in the summer time. Thanks a lot and see you soon ? Kerstin & Angela

We had a lovely two night stay in Pollenca village. The apartment feels spotless and brand new, and has everything you might need. The bathroom was was super clean/new with rainfall shower. The street was quiet despite being very close to the center of town. We walked everywhere for two days which was nice. The water from the tap was drinkable and tasted good. Our hosts were responsive and were kind enough to allow us to check in a bit early which we appreciated so much after a day of driving. If you like Pollenca area this is a great spot.
