Steps from the Lake - large groups & pets welcome!

We stayed here for a family memorial/reunion and it was the perfect space for several families. There is space to be together and space for a break from each other. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge perk. The house is comfortable and feels like a home more than a rental. It’s well appointed with most anything you need, but we didn’t have quite enough towels for our party of 10. That was easily solved with a quick run in to town and didn’t impact our enjoyment of this truly lovely space. The fire pit area is so cool and we enjoyed s’mores out there every night. There are lots of homes around but great big trees that still make it feel like you have privacy - almost like a treehouse. The lake is just across the street and is perfect swimming space for little kids and a great spot to launch paddle boards. Parking is tight if you have larger vehicles but we made it work for us. It was really a perfect space for us and I know we’ll share stories about our time here for years. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to come back again

My extended family had a great stay in this house. We loved strolling the neighborhood, my kids loved playing in the lake and there was plenty of space for the whole group to spread out. The place was easy to find and well located to day trip up to North Cascades National Park. I highly recommend this spot for an easy, relaxing family gathering.

We had a great time gathering for a guys weekend at the house; the hosts were very responsive to all questions and were well organized. Only minor hiccup was a tv that stopped working; however, they had it replaced quickly for us to use. Overall great experience!

The house is great. Comfortable and well equipped From the photos I assumed the grassy area was our backyard. It’s in a neighborhood and surrounded by many homes. So not private. Marina is basically for residents. Nothing to rent for visitors to go on the lake. Emma was very responsive and accommodating.

The venue is perfect for our group's annual golf trip. In addition to the picturesque view, the Great room and the outside deck with a fire pit are great for socializing at the end of the day, and the local market and stores have everything we need to make our trip planning easy. The check-in / check-out process is simple, and the host was easy to communicate with. This was the sixth time we have stayed here and will come back again.

11 of us flew in for a family function. The house is cozy, with basement level master bedroom (quite big), cozy sectional, and pool table. This was the retreat for the early risers who didn't want to disturb those on the 3rd floor. Two rooms with bathrooms on the main floor, and were exactly as posted. On the top floor of this A frame home, there is a bedroom with a door, a bathroom, and a 5th room that is actually a loft with a full sizedbed and twin on top. Although this worked fine for us, if you wanted a 5th room with a bedroom door, know this is not that room. The owner was wonderful, helpful, and patient. On the main floor, the dining and living open space was great to gather and share stories. The balconies on the lower level and main floors were a good spill out area. The kitchen...has everything. Well stocked worth tools, pans, dishes, etc... this was greatly appreciated by our large family who were coming every meal. The family was so happy with this property. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our little family getaway for the holiday! Loved the location, the neighborhood and we were very comfortable here with plenty of room for us to choose to relax and read, play board games or watch tv. Would definitely come back.

It was the perfect place for a family Christmas. Not only was there enough communal space for enjoying each other‘s company, everyone had their own space and bathroom to get away from each other from time to time! Would definitely highly recommend!

Our stay at this beautiful cottage with my adult children and our family dog was truly exceptional. It was well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could have wished for. Whether we were lounging in the family room, preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or simply enjoying the tranquil setting from the porch, every moment felt like a slice of paradise. Spending quality time with my adult children and our beloved family dog in such a perfect setting created lasting memories for all of us. We found ourselves reluctant to leave and are eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to return.
