Ski Inn is a spacious trailside vacation home designed for multiple families or large groups. The home offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the lower level, and 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level. On the upper level, you'll find a large kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with an additional bathroom.

Our office is right here in the Powderhorn area with on-site maintenance, housekeeping, and reservation staff ready to help. You’ll always have support nearby, andif you’d rather not stop in, we’re also available 24/7 by call, message, or email. Whatever works best for you, we’re here to make your stay as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Nestled in the heart of the Upper Peninsula, the Powderhorn area is a true four-season destination.
The neighborhood also offers great local spots to enjoy—grab a hearty meal at Iron Nugget, sip a coffee at Copper Cup, try out a beer at Cold Iron Brewery or try a local favorite at Pit Stop, Uptown Café, or Club 28. You’ll also find shopping, live music, and seasonal festivals nearby that bring the community to life.

In winter, you’re just steps from Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort and a few miles from Snow River for skiing and snowboarding, along with direct access to hundreds of miles of scenic snowmobile trails. When the snow melts, the adventure continues with hiking and biking trails, waterfalls, fishing, and exploring the beauty of the Northwoods.

We are conveniently located just off US-2 and only a few miles from Ironwood Airport, which offers daily flights through Denver Air. Whether you’re arriving by car or by air, our location makes getting here easy and stress-free, putting you close to all the area has to offer.

The lower level features a second kitchen and living room/rec room, complete with a dome hockey game table. The outdoor hot tub, located on the deck with stunning views of the ski slope, is available year-round. You can also enjoy an outdoor sound system while grilling on the gas grill.

For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer on the upper level, and there are 2 brick fireplaces to keep you warm and cozy.

Ski Inn is situated along the Alpen Trail, offering direct access to Lift #1, making it a fantastic choice for skiers and snowboarders. Wi-Fi, a landline phone, and a TV with cable and streaming services are provided for your entertainment and convenience. A 3-night minimum stay is required.     House was great for our large group. Hot tub and sauna were excellent and we were 30 ft from the ski hill. Don't forget ur sleds for after hrs sleding!!! House could use more hooks in the bedrooms for keeping your towels seperate from everyone elses.

    The property was greta and very accommodating for our large group! Everything was very clean and the house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

    Everything was great except the skunk(s) who have made their home under the woodshed! Snow on the hills would have been nice; but, that is not something BPLA can control;.
