Guest Access:

A code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival. The house has keyless entry. Guest also have free access to the resort durning operating hours when booking with Smoky Mountain Vacation Cabins.



The Neighborhood:

️ Smith Creek Reserve and water park community. Free resort waterpark included when booking with Smoky Mountain Vacation Cabins - Open Seasonally March through October. Water activities are closed for Jan. and Feb. Winter months if temp. is below 60 degrees water activities may be closed.



Getting Around:

You will need a car to get around. We are about 1 mile from The Parkway

⚠️ 4 wheel drive is not needed to get to the cabin in the winter.

Our cabins are packed with entertainment, arcades, gaming systems, theaters, and more which are designed to make your stay unforgettable. We work hard to ensure everything is in great working order prior to your arrival.

However, with the high volume of amenities, occasional issues can happen, sometimes due to prior guest use or unexpected malfunctions. Please understand that refunds are not available for non-working amenities, but our team will always do everything possible to resolve any issues quickly. In some situations, repairs may require parts to be ordered, which can extend repair times.
