The cosy corner sofa overlooks the terrace and the beach beyond, making it the perfect spot to unwind in the morning light or settle in for a quiet evening as the sun goes down.The dining area includes a table with seating for four and two comfortable benches, creating a pleasant setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner together. Whether you are sharing a meal, playing a game, or simply enjoying a long conversation, the sound of the waves in the background adds to the experience.The kitchen is compact, practical and fully equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay. It features a 4-burner hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, separate freezer, Senseo coffee machine and kettle. Everything is close at hand, so you can easily prepare meals and enjoy time together indoors or out on the terrace.The sleeping area offers one double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm with extendable mattresses, as well as two single beds measuring 80 x 200 cm. It is a comfortable place to recharge after a day on the beach, with soft daylight, a calm interior and the sea always close by.The bathroom is compact and neatly designed, with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Practical and comfortable, it provides everything you need for a carefree stay.Outside, the 8 m² terrace is a true highlight. Though modest in size, it offers beautiful views over the beach and sea, creating the perfect setting for a peaceful morning coffee, a sunny breakfast or a relaxed evening drink. And with the sandy beach right in front of you, the outdoors always feels within reach.For something extra special, a canoe is available at the house, giving you the chance to explore the coastline from a different perspective.Pets are not allowed in this house. For children up to and including two years old, a high chair, a stair gate and toys are available. Please note that you need to bring your own travel cot. Parking is available at the included parking space.

The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling through dunes, forests, and open polder landscapes, making it ideal for guests who enjoy being active outdoors.

The capital of Zeeland, Middelburg, is only about a 15-minute drive away. Here, you can wander through charming streets, browse boutiques, and enjoy restaurants and inviting terraces. From nearby Vlissingen, it is also possible to take a boat to Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, where picturesque destinations such as Sluis and Cadzand offer harbour charm, small shops, and beautiful beaches.

Whether you prefer long beach walks, scenic cycling routes, or simply relaxing in the fresh sea air, everything is in place here for a memorable stay on the Zeeland coast.

The bill must be paid in advance.Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., after which the key should be returned to the location where it was collected.Bed linen and towels are typically provided. You can confirm this in your booking details.Overnight visitors must be registered and are only allowed to stay with prior approval.
