Shadowhoffen at Bearadise - Resort Activities for the Whole Family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brought my wife and some of our friends to the cabin for an Oktoberfest weekend getaway. The cabin was in such a spot that we were able to go hiking at Ana Ruby Falls and to Helen the same day! We did not expect the assortment of movies, hot tub, or the spaciousness of the cabin including the accommodating driveway which fit 5 cars comfortably. The staff’s communication and hospitality was much appreciated. We had a small blunder leaving one of our bags there (whoops), but it was easily recovered at the office with a charming note attached ?Highly recommended!

Beautiful and cozy home honestly. Kitchen was fully prepared with everything needed for a meal which was the best. Kids had a blast! Residents are so nice too, we got stuck in a hole and locals helped without hesitation. Will definitely go back

This was a lovely retreat! There was plenty of space and a luxurious hot tub that was enjoyed while looking out at the stars! The outside of the cabin could have used more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, but overall it was a great stay with a fully stocked pantry with every kitchen item you could ever need.

The space it nice the house is very well stocked with stuff you may want or need. The only reason i dont give the house a 5 star rating is there is no privacy between rooms. The master room has glass doors that dont lock. The upstairs is right over the balcony. The other issue is that the entire house is cooled with window units. It needs to have central ac. But like i said the house is nice other than those two things. It was very clean and in good shape.

You won’t be disappointed

The cabin was wonderful for our family. Unfortunately the resort amenities were not available Christmas Eve and Christmas, but they weren’t needed to still enjoy this cozy cabin. The guard shack didn’t have our check in information, but a quick trip to the office corrected it.

Easy drive to Helen, BabyLand and Dahlonega for Christmas festivities over Thanksgiving break from property. Kitchen is well stocked. There were more bathrooms than we expected which was great. Maintenance responded quickly to help turn the small gas heater on as there is NO HVAC in unit and directions weren’t clear on how to light. The only negative things were we were told to follow emailed directions and not gps but follow the gps as your go down a dirt road that is a dead end otherwise. Also, the unit binder was missing from unit with WiFi and trash disposal information. Kids were unable to use tv in basement as a code was needed to unlock tv and was never received. Very cozy and spacious stay.

I beileve this location is listed at sleeps 6 which may be the owners preference. If my count was correct there are enough beds for 17. 4 full and 9 twins, 8 of which are bunks on the lower level. Plenty of room, all of appliances, heaters, fans and hot tub work to perfection. There was a small mishap with the resort site checking in which the owner and rental company bent over backwards to make it right. Excellent experience!!! Owner gets 5 stars, Resort just needs to get on the same page with the owners of rental properties
