Chalet in quiet area, close to beach and has lovely views of surrounding countryside. It is well equipped for a comfortable short stay and the owner is quick at responding to any contact. We booked it for the Isle of Wight Festival but it is quite far to travel from from the festival site on the bus and quite a walk from the bus stop.

This chalet was exactly as described and pictured. The host responded to questions quickly. It was spotlessly clean throughout. Plenty of glasses cutlery etc and also salt, pepper sugar and washing up and cleaning supplies were left for us which was great. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach and the site itself was very quiet. There is no shop or cafe very close but everything is a short drive away. A lovely stay and we are definitely thinking of returning.

Having stayed in maybe 8 different chalets at Sandown Bay holiday centre over the years, this is definitely one of the best, very crisp, clean and tidy. I absolutely slept like a log every night, not knowing where I was on awakening..... this shows the bed mattresses were comfortable and to my liking as deep sleep was had.... Also the B.T. wifi was a godsend......I would absolutely recomend this chalet and would hope to book it again in the near future. Thankyou for everything Liza we had a most relaxing stay and now feel fully re-charged.

Enjoyed our stay. No hesitation to recommend staying at Seaview or owners' other chalets. Well equipped & cosy property. Excellent communication from owners. Lovely to actually meet Liza & Graham. We will be back!

The accommodation was well suited to our needs and provided enough space for 2 adults with two kids to cook, eat and rest in between trips to the various island spots. It has a well equipped kitchen (no staple foods such as salt, sugar etc. so bring your own), radio, TV and microwave. There is a green space at the front, so the kids got to kick the ball around while we were getting our stuff ready for the day, which was handy. Liza was very helpful with letting us check in a bit earlier and extend the check out until 12, so we did not have to rush (we left by 10.30, but it was nice to know we can take our time). There was a welcome bottle of Champers and a card with her details waiting for us, which was nice and made us feel welcome. The visitors book has some handy tips by other visitors about places to eat etc. It was very quiet, although I imagine it must be busier during the summer months. We didn't have a car but there is a no. 8 bus stop about 5-7 min. away (also servicing the Island Coaster bus for the trip along the coast to the Needles) and it took us about 35 min to walk there from the Sundown pier along the coast. We bought a family bus ticket for 48 hours, which cost £35 and it was a great value, as it allows rides on all the island buses, including Downs Breezer, Island Coaster and all the open top buses, as well as the regular bus routes, so we got to see a lot in our three days on the IOW. It was our first visit to the island and we enjoyed it very much, will definitely be back! Thank you!

we had a great time. My only issue was that I had mentioned that I was travelling with my mother and, bearing in mind there were other beds, I would have preferred not to have to share with her. There is another room but only the double bed in the main room was made up, giving us no option. The weather didn't play along for us but that's the English summer for you! Beautiful place, if a little out of the way. We were glad to have a car
