Stayed Feb 8, 2026Lovely home with a cozy feel. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. We would stay there again. Also the location was perfect for skiing at the Highlands. There were several nice restaurants nearby.

Stayed Jan 23, 2026This place is perfect for a ski trip up north. This is our third time staying at Ryan and Molli’s base camp cottage — it’s thoughtfully set up and so comfortable for families. And ridiculously close to both Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob.

Stayed Dec 31, 2025Perfect. Host was top notch, cabin was very clean and well stocked with anything needed. Great location for our ski trip. Highlands one day and Nubs another. We really enjoyed the fire place and sauna after skiing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great rental.

Stayed Jan 24, 2025Our family stayed 3 nights at this lovely A-frame cottage. It is truly a perfect setup for anyone looking to have a weekend (or longer!) ski vacation in Harbor Springs. The house is spacious but also feels cozy and warm. It had everything we needed—the hosts were very thoughtful in how they set it up. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Stayed Jan 9, 2025We booked this home in the heart of winter for an all adult 40th Birthday weekend. There were six total adults (3 couples) and having three separate bedrooms and baths for each couple was ideal. The sauna was highly rated addition for our long weekend between skiing and hiking. This home is a very short drive to both Highlands and Nub’s Nob. The home was just as described and suitably stocked for cooking in for all of our meals. The owners were very friendly and responsive to inquires. Would highly recommend and would absolutely book again in the future.
