Stayed Aug 14, 2025The house was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Didn’t like that the dock had so much geese droppings on it. I was able to find a broom to sweep/mop it up. The beach had a lot of seaweed/algae. The grass had sticker weeds that hurt if you weren’t wearing shoes.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025Was a nice place, very clean. Only issue was the goose and suck poop all over the dock and yard. Also water isnt great for swimming, very stagnant and scummy.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025We stayed here as an adult family because it was 5 houses from our daughter’s and we were in Sandpoint for her wedding festivities. One couple stayed up stairs bed and bath and our family, two couples and a single stayed down where there are 3 sleeping areas and one full bath. It helped that one of us could pop upstairs and get ready in the half bath. Everything is as described but it seems more modern in look and fresher than the pictures. There’s plenty of space inside and the outdoors areas combined one night to host a dozen plus family for sit down dinner. There are always questions. Where’s the iron? and our host responded quickly. In and out was easy enough. It was lovely, comfortable and clean. The location beautifully overlooks the water. We’d love to stay here again and have time to take advantage of kayaks and the town.
