The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.

– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.

– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.

– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

– Parties and events are not allowed.

– No pets allowed.



Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.



Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.



Note 4. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day.



Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

    We, a family of 6 people, enjoyed our vacation in the house completely. The house has everything one needs-beautiful terrace next to the sand, fully equipped kitchen and really nice atmosphere of privacy. Thus if you fancy to go out kitewind surfing, only 5 mins to walk. If you like to go hiking, then great trails close by with phantastic views. If you like to go swimming on sandy beaches also not too far away. The area around the house is very quiet, not much traffic and the only noise you hear is the wind and the waves close by. We recommend it highly and would love to stay at this place again in the future.

    We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped and on a beautiful and quiet street. The beds were very comfortable and the sleeping arrangements were great for our family of four. Joan made check in and out very easy and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. We would highly recommend staying here.

    A great house with a very nice view on the bay. The kitchen was really good equipped and the little welcome package (fruit, bread, Marmelade, milk...) was really sweet! Perfect house well equiped for our family !

    We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, comfortable and exactly what it is like in the pictures. Everything that you need for the stay are available e.g. cooker, washing machine, iron, coffee make etc. Plus they have some goodies ready for hungry arrivals like bread, milk, marmalade, coffee, biscuits and fruits to really help you settle in the house. Thanks again for this great stay, we had a blast. Will definitely return!

    Joan was terrific, meeting us way before check in time, and very sweet and helpful. The property is exactly as described and very quiet. The beach is very quiet, the water very calm for our visit, and with sandy (not rocky) bottom. The unit is 2/3 of a mile from shops and restaurants of Alcudia and 3 miles from Port Pollença. It has a great deck on the beach, and a lovely sunny courtyard in the front. Highly recommend.
