The house is in a great location if staying in Pigeon Forge do. Beds are ok for sleeping for 4 or five sleeps. Kitchen was stock for cooking we did not use it as we ate out at good restaurants in the area. Overall description of Basement game room was a little off, it does have all it says, but air hokey puck and handles where broken, fuse ball table had wrong ball with it so couldn't play, TV only good for playing video game system as has no accessibility to internet or over air channels. Pool table was best part of game room.

We enjoyed the home with a cozy fireplace and hot tub. It was spacious and well equipped for our group of family and friends. I loved that the light switches are labeled because I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out which switch is for which light in other locations. The location was perfect for exploring the area.

The game room downstairs was where our kids wanted to stay so that was a added bonus. And the location was perfect for being close to most attractions without out being noisy. We had a great time.

The entire group loved staying here, it was accessible for us for our activities in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. It was also very clean and homey.

We were so excited to stay in this home since we use to live in the neighborhood. Once we arrived, I noticed the home had not be cleaned to my standards. There was dirty dishes in the drawers, there were make up container lids in the bathroom. The floors were dirty. The bunk beds down stairs had dirty pillow cases and the sheets were very dingy. The mattresses on the bunk beds were awful, all you could feel was the springs. So much for a relaxing vacation. The heat did not work downstairs until my husband was able to fix it. It was a wiring issue. The lights flickered downstairs if you played the air hockey table, so that’s a fire hazard. There was black hair in the shower downstairs and in the bathroom beside the Queen bedroom upstairs. I did reach out to the host to express my concerns. I would have preferred to gotten a refund and go else where. The only reply I received from them was to call a number to have the cleaners come back out and clean. Not a sorry, kiss my butt or anything else. We declined the cleaning because we had already unpacked and cleaned it up ourselves. Overall, the house has character. The game room is fun for family’s with children. The property management over this home is what has caused for a poor review. I own a cleaning company and I have turn over cleans with vacation rentals and walking into that house seeing the condition. It was just so dirty. Dust everywhere, caked on the doors and ceiling fans. It’s just not acceptable! A vacation should be a get away and relaxing time in a clean environment!

Great location. Nice setup for our adult child and teen boys to have their own privacy. Only issue was TV service had very limited channels.

Close to all the fun activities, yet far enough away to be quiet for peaceful sleep. Older home with some deferred maintenance, but comfortable and cozy.

My first impression when we walked in was that it was just like the pictures and that it was nice and very clean. You definitely can’t beat the location if you are wanting to do all the activities on the parkway. It met our needs perfectly as we had our dog with us and needed to have a place where we would be able to leave her for a couple of hours and still be close enough to run back to take care of her. This also saved us money as we usually ended up eating at the house when we went back. This was our first vacation in almost 8 years and our first vacation with all adult children. The fact that each bedroom has it’s own bathroom was definitely a plus. The “kids” also enjoyed having the game room. All in all, we really had no complaints other than the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable (but not the worst either)and we were terrified that the hot tub cover was going to disintegrate in our hands -lol. The hot tub itself was very nice though. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Pigeon Forge and would highly recommend it to others.
