Two sitting rooms was ideal for family situation. View was stunning. Everything worked as it should. Hosts were lovely, really helpful and very accommodating with check in and check out times. Hooks for hanging wet coats in the hall plus hooks for hanging wet towels in the bathrooms would have been really useful. Gas fire in sitting room was difficult to ignite. Blackout blinds would have been helpful to sleep in a bit longer in the mornings.

The house was really lovely and spacious, and the views and location were excellent. The driveway up to the house (from the golf club house to the holiday house) was very bad though with huge pot holes that took a long time to navigate around.

Great service. Lovely location. Road to the cottages is terrible, full of potholes. Guests should be advised of the condition of the road prior to booking. House could do with some updating in places.

We stayed in the ROK houses for 10 nights in June 2022 and had a fabulous stay. We have two small children and there is more than enough space for all of us plus all the kids things and the view is just spectacular no matter the weather. it was a pleasure to be home early every evening to enjoy it. Heather was also a delight to deal with and very helpful. The road up to houses is a bit bumpy and needs very slow and careful negotiation

House was spotlessly clean on arrival. Plenty of space here to relax and fabulous views. Helga the manager was lovely and when I had a problem with the washing machine she arrives immediately to investigate. Unfortunately it was beyond repair so she ordered a new one which should be in place by now. Location is great as there are so many daytrips you can take from here, we didn't have time to do everything and hope to return again in the future. Curtains are very light which makes the house bright and airy but I woukd suggest to bring portable gro blackout blinds for the windows if you have small children otherwise they will be up at the crack of dawn !
