Stayed Oct 16, 2025Place was wonderful! Has a great manager here! Ken was awesome and super nice. We’ll be back because of him. We all had a great family trip! Lots to do here for the kids. Our boys loved the big boogie board things. And they had several which was nice!

Stayed Jun 1, 2020This place was amazing. We had never been to Table Rock Lake before and the lake was so clean and cool and refreshing-I could have swam all day! The set up this property has, with several houses sharing a common area and equipment, is just perfect for families. We biked, swam (pool is even better than it looks!), kayaked, canoed, paddleboarded and jumped on the water trampoline. Highly recommend renting a boat from them. It was pricey, but so fun we did it a second day. The pontoon boat rental is about the only thing not included in the price, so we felt overall that this stay was an awesome deal. The only negative thing I have to say is that the cleanliness needed a little work. Nothing awful, and we did not call and ask for any corrections, but the oven mitts needed to be washed, the carpet was a little shabby, and just overall seemed to need a deep clean. The third floor, which is just the master bedroom, does not cool off very well and my husband and I ended up sleeping downstairs. We like it *super* cold so this probably would not bother most people. Tip: We did a Walmart grocery pick up in Rogers, AR on our way in from the south and then we never left the property! Overall, we will definitely be back-had so much fun.

Stayed Nov 27, 2019Overall the resort was very good. Despite the rainy weather the kids enjoyed the amenities such as hot tub, mini golf, shuffleboard, and bikes. Location is basically an hour from anything but if you’re planning to spend most of your time at the resort the location is fine. The 5 bedroom condo was plenty of space for our two families including 6 kids ranging in age from 7-14 years old.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Every part of this property was as described. Directions were great. The owners were wonderful. We were greeted when we arrived with a box of amazing muffins. We rented a boat and the boat dock at the property was very nice. It was also a great place for us to hang out and swim. The swimming pool was very nice as well. Our cottage was very clean, the property is quiet, the decks were great to sit out on and relax. Lake views were so nice. We had trouble with our gas grill and Roger was quick to come over and fix it for us. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. We had 4 generations represented with ages from 65 to 16 months and everyone had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this property to everyone .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We were a large family looking to get away and still have the store close enough to get a steak or two for the grill. This resort fit the bill very nicely. Bent over backwards to make our get away a pleasant one. The accomadations from the cottage to all the recreation were A plus for us. The pool,dock,canoes,bikes,volleyball,kayaks,hot tub,etc. were very nice and well kept. Took a day trip to Eureka Springs AR. for the car show and goof off. slipped into Kimberling City for a good pizza and plenty of great meat from Harter House grocery in Kimberling also. By the way great little home cooked resturant in Viola on hwy.39 , breakfast, lunch and dinner. Family owned Thanks for good time to all and hope others enjoy this resort as much as we did. P.S. great place to ride your bike and for those that want to do the Branson tour, close enough for that too.
