Awaiting you, five architectural jewels are ready to embrace you in a warm hug: the Grandmother's House, Mother's House I, Mother's House II, Barn I and Barn II. Each of theseaccommodation units is an ode to elegance and comfort, designed to satisfy the most demanding travellers.



Grandma's House is a Madeiran-style dwelling completely renovated and decorated in an exquisite manner with a high standard of quality.



It has two bedrooms with private bathroom and two single beds each, both having access to a kitchen, dining and living room in an open space concept.



In the entrance courtyard of the house, there is garden furniture where you can enjoy an excellent dawn or even evening with the pleasant and relaxing sounds of nature, sun and sea that surround you.



The heart of Quinta da Tia Briosa is a stunning pool, where the sun dances on its crystal-clear waters throughout the day. Around it, verdant spaces invite moments of relaxation and contemplation, while the aromas of exotic flowers transport the senses to a state of absolute serenity.

The Quinta Briosa Complex is located 45 minutes from the Airport, 30 minutes from the city of Funchal, 20 minutes from the famous sandy beach of Calheta and its respective hotel area, and 5 minutes from the centre and beach of Ponta do Sol.



Since 2017, we have been receiving travellers from all over the world on our beloved Madeira Island, with the commitment to provide memorable experiences and excellent service.
