Welcome to the Townhouse Las Palmas 15B in Nerja!The townhouse is located on the Las Palmas area at the Oasis de Capistrano area. Oasis de Capistrano area is very green and has got a fantastic well maintained garden with two nice pool areas. The Oasis area is located only 700 meter from the famous beach Burriana beach that has got a lot to offer.The townhouse is bright and modern furnished house. The house has two large south facing terraces on two floors, and offers a stunning view of the sea, the mountains and the Oasis garden with pool area. The first floor of the house has 2 bedrooms and an exit out to the lower terrace. The second floor has a newly renovated kitchen and 1 bedroom with 2 fold-down beds, due to the bedroom being narrow.The house has Air-conditioning / Heating unit in all the rooms and the house is also recently updated with many new furniture. Wi-fi and cable TV are installed in the living room.The house is located only 50 meters away from one of Oasis pool areas and there is a 100 meter walk to Oasis’s main pool area.You can easily walk from the apartment down to the beach in 10 minutes, and the center in 15 -20 minutes to the center. There is a nice restaurant just 200m from the house and more restaurants within 5 min walk.DIRECTIONSDirections from Malaga airport to the apartment at the address Rabat 16, Nerja.1. You drive from Malaga Airport and on the highway E-15 in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here follow the signs through the entire Malaga, you now have a 45-minute drive to Nerja2. When you see the first signs “Nerja” wait to turn off the highway until the last exit, you shall turn of at exit 929.Here, you follow the sign “Nerja”.3. You arrive in Nerja and the first roundabout in Nerja, on your left side you see the Oasis de Capistrano area(signposted). Here, you drive 300 degrees around in the roundabout and follow the signs Oasis de Capsitrano.4. You are now entering the Oasis de Capistrano area, this road is one-way and shaped like a horseshoe (starts with taxizon 5 and goes to Taxizon 1). You follow the road through the entire horseshoe first down the hill and then up the hill again to the taxizon 1 and on the way up the hill on your left side you will now see the apartment clearly.5. You park your car in “Taxizon 1”, from here you see a path in to the left that goes a long a green hedge, follow this down and then take the second to the left. Follow the path and then at the bottom of the house body you will see the entrance to Las Palmas 15B. You will find a key cabinet at the entrance. You open this with the help of your four-digit code that you received in the booking confirmation.Welcome to Las Palmas 15B!

    Great communication with the hosts. They were very friendly and helpful. The villa was lovely. Great size and great location. My family including two small children and my parents stayed here for a week. The bedroom with the bunk beds is not suitable for small children as the top bunk does not have a side/safety rail so we had to put the mattress on the floor and they both slept in that. We made it work but would’ve been nice to know this in advance. We also had some problems with the drains. We contacted the host and they sent someone out straight away and it got sorted. The grounds and pool area are very nicely kept. Very clean and tidy. Overall we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time there.

    We had a lovely weeks stay at this property. It is very clean and is very well equipped for an enjoyable stay, we were 2 couples and there was plenty of space for all of us. As previously stated it is quite a walk into the town with some steepness but is an enjoyable walk, the walk to the beach is very steep and would be difficult if you were not fit and if you had small children. The swimming pools are very clean, although they are quite small and I would imagine they would be packed during the summer months, the gardens around the complex are kept lovely and the view of the mountains from the terrace are amazing. I would definitely recommend this house. The owners were very helpful and the house is a credit to them.

    Very pleased with the property - it met our high expectations. Spacious and light with attractive terraces in a pleasant neighbourhood with immaculate gardens and pool areas. We’ve noticed that several previous reviews mention the fact that there are some steep hills in the area. Whilst this is an issue to consider, we did I not consider it a problem as the Taxi service was very prompt and the property is close to a bus line from central Nerja. Would recommend the property

    We loved our stay at this apartment, the apartment it’s self it’s lovely with beautiful views and very well equipped. It’s a bit of an effort to get down to the pool, sun loungers are 2€ each a day but are very uncomfortable. Pool is clean and well maintained. We had a car to get into nerja and to go to the beach, there is a bus but we didn’t use it. If your unfit or struggle with hills/steps I wouldn’t say this apartment is for you.

    Lovely spacious 3 bedroom property in Oasis de Capistrano, a very well kept and picturesque development on the outskirts of Nerja. Frederik and Ulrika were very helpful and responsive to any queries we had before arrival and the check in process was very straightforward. There was plenty of room for our family of 5, and we loved to use the outdoor terraces for relaxing. The property was very bright, clean and well maintained with a really nice modern kitchen. The air conditioning was invaluable during our weeks stay, as it was exceptionally warm and humid, and it made for a very comfortable experience and no problems sleeping at night. We made great use of the very well kept pool area too, which was just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The area is quite hilly, with a few steep hills to navigate when returning from the pool, the beach and Nerja town centre (a walk of approximately 20/25 minutes), which would possibly prove tricky for anyone with mobility issues however taxis were readily available when required. A few more pillows in the bedrooms would have been nice, but other than that we had no complaints and would definitely hope to return to 15B for our next trip to Nerja.

    We had a lovely stay for 12 days (family with 4 kids aged 6 and 14) The apartment was great and everything worked well. The pool areas were really nice and there is a couple of okay restaurants and big supermarket within 10 minutes walk from the flat. Communication with the owner was easy and without any problems. We did not have a car and walking to Burriana beach takes almost 20 minutes and is a steep walk - up and down but we enjoyed the exercise:-) It was a great holiday!

    The apartment has the wow factor with a spacious balcony that overlooks the pool and sea. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, whilst the bedrooms had plenty of storage space. The urbanisation is quiet, manicured and easy to find. There’s plenty of parking and two decent supermarkets close by. Whilst the location is only a mile from the town / beach, it is at the top of a steep hill, so it can be strenuous walking back and forth. There is a bus, but only an hourly service out of season. We didn’t use the pools on the urbanisation in the end - there was no shade nor loungers at the closest pool, and limited shade at the larger pool. The sun loungers around the larger pool don’t adjust so would have been uncomfortable to spend a day on. Small niggle, but put us off.
