Stayed Dec 26, 2025The house is lovely and was stocked with everything you need. It was clean and comfortable for our group of 7 and could have fit a couple more kid easily. The new property manager was friendly and responsive. All was great except 2 things- 1 the wood burning fireplace is not usable which was a big bummer because we really wanted to relax to a fire/make smores after skiing. Property manager was responsive and tried to help but there’s something wrong with the air flow. Even for the manager it took a Herculean effort to get a fire started and when he did some of the smoke backs up into the living room making it very unpleasant. 2 was the parking- the parking spot is up a small flight of stairs and across a ski path from the house. So the arrival and departure process with bags and skis is exhausting. This is out of their control but it clear in the listing. What switching their control is snow removal which was non existent and a huge problem as the parking spot is down a hill and with just 3-4 inches of snow our 4w/d suburban could not get up the hill- we had to get towed out! There was at least an inch of pure ice under the snow and multiple people in our group slipped and fell. Property manager says plowing is the HOAs responsibility so there is no one accountable. It’s a ski town so one would think they should have the plowing figured out.
