Maison près de la mer Goya avec piscine à Alcudia

We have, unfortunately, just come home from our holiday in Alcudia.We had a car and I do think you would need one to get around. we also downloaded an app for taxi's which was cheap and fast.Not Uber, It was very expensive. Ben was there most days, he is super friendly and his garden is very impressive. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone, we absolutely loved it. the only downside was the shower, which runs very hot then cold. it's a pity but we managed it by jumping in and out. And if you want privacy, this is not the place. they're neighbors on either side. Again, not a big issue but good to know.

The pool was fantastic and we loved the little touches to welcome us- the pastries on the first day and a bowl of fresh eggs. I would definitely recommend this home

The outdoor area of this property is amazing. The pool is very well kept and there are plenty of different areas to sit/lay down whether you want to be in the sunshade. The outdoor area is also very well kept and clean. The owner is lovely and he also brought us croissants on our first day. He gave us fresh eggs and tomatoes, pimentos, etc. from his vegetable garden which is behind the pool area. It’s a traditional Spanish little finca where time has stood still a little but it has all the amenities and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The bed however is very uncomfortable (needs an upgrade) causing some nights with very little sleep. The bathroom is small and the temperature from the shower is very difficult to control (either boiling hotice cold). Overall, our stay was very good, it just needs a little upgrading/updating.

We loved the privacy of having our own place and pool. It has most of the essentials and we were overall satisfied. Some improvements could be made the beds were not very comfortable, we found that we ran out of toilet paper so we had to replenish ourselves and buy a box of tissues. The kitchen could use some salt and pepper and a cooking oil - would have been handy. The owner was very kind and brought us baking our first morning. He also left us fresh eggs and vegetables from his beautiful garden. It was so sweet and thoughtful!

We had a really good time at the property and the host is a very kind person who welcomed us with a breakfast the first morning. I can recommend this place!

Big terrace and great pool. The owner was very welcoming even gave us fresh eggs and self made marmalade! The shower would require some attention. The water was switching between very hotcold.

Check in and out was so easy. We hired a car to explore the island and we were glad of this as the villa is slightly remote, although only a 25min walk from the nearest town. We will definitely be back!

What a great place to stay. Away from the busy areas of Alcudia, but close enough to enjoy the restaurants and beaches nearby. The outside are is fantastic with lovely covered area for eating outsiderelaxing, great pool and BBQ area. We had seen some reviews complaining about noise from Children and dogs in nearby houses - but our stay was very peaceful. We would absolutely recommend it oh and croissants on the first day and some fruit and veg during the week left by the owner were a lovely touch and much appreciated

Amazing home! Couldn’t have had a better trip. Close to 2 walkable areas for food shopping culture. Close to the beach! I will definitely stay again in the future!

Quaint little place that is on the road between Alcudía and Puerto Pollença. Fantastic outdoor area, with plenty of seating in and out of the sun.
