Luxurious house near sea Barcares Nou Alcudia

Villa was spacious annd clean and the pool are and bbq was perfect for our family holiday. Lovely quiet area only 10 min walk from the beautiful old town. We walked there most nights for something to eat and enjoyed the market days. There was a supermarket there as well which we used. I would recommend a car but we used taxis everywhere. Any issues we had were addressed with no hassle. Transfer we booked were excellent and took any stress away if airport runs. The only thing that would have helped us would have been to have had more activities information such as kyaking/boat trips etc but this is just a suggestion and also perhaps to have been able to have a few food items we could have booked as we arrived late. However the water and drink was very much appreciated. overall we had a fabulous time at the villa xxx

The house was clean and the location was satisfying. Just a 10 min walk to old Alcúdia with its history, restaurants and stores. The beach was about 10 min walk in the other direction. The area was quiet and it was easy to communicate with Ideal Property Mallorca. There could be more cutlery in the kitchen, it was a bit few if you are 8 persons. The instructions about how to take care of our garbage was a bit confusing. There are a door to door-system but we didn’t have the right bins for that so we went to the nearest garbage station. It would have been nice with a map so we could se were those station was located, and how we should sort our garbage. It would have been nice if we could have ordered breakfast for our first morning. We came in the middle of the night and had to wait until the store was open, so it took us a little while that morning.

Lots of space (we were 5 adults), and a fabulous outdoor area. We loved eating on the patio. The pool was brilliant and very clean, with more than enough lounge chairs for our crew. It was a short walk (8 minutes) through a safe residential area to old town Alcudia which has lots of restaurants and shops. The adjacent ruins are a must-see. We loved that this was a quiet area away from the busy main strip near the resorts. So many beaches within a short drive. The house itself is very modern outside and on the main floor, a little more traditional upstairs but really well kept and great space and light. Love the walk-in closet and many bathrooms. The kitchen is a bit small but well kitted. Great to have a car garage under the house. Good communication with the host. We really enjoyed our week here, very relaxing, and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The house is as shown in the pictures with no hidden surprises. We enjoyed the stay with the whole family. (7 adults and our 3-year old grandson) Also the service from IPM was great: in one of the bathrooms we didn’t have warm water. We called the emergency number and 15 minutes later someone arrived and though he couldn’t fix the issue, the next morning the plumber fixed it in 10 minutes. The dishwasher works well but the baskets inside are rusted and neef replacement. Also secure that the emergency service team has keys from all doors so the can intervene even in the technical area from the pool (irritating noise from failing pump could not be shut down by service team after we called them during night. By the way service team is amazing: we called them on Easter night at 3AM and within 15 minutes someone was at the house to assist)

Beautiful spacious house in an excellent location. Only a short walk to Old Town and restaurants. We were there for two weeks and the pool and outdoor area was cleaned during our stay. One of the bedrooms upstairs was damp and had a bit of a damp smell. We didn't end up using that room and put the kids in the other room together.

It is a spacious house -Air-con in almost every room -Two of the four bedrooms has on suite bathroom. -Convenient garage in basement. -Large pool area with plenty of sun beds. -The outdoor space is very private thanks to a high hedge around the property. -Quiet and peaceful area. -Nice outdoor area for dining. This house has potential for a 5 star rating from my side, but I give 4 stars at this point due to some small things that could be improved: - Outdoor bbq station is surrounded by hedge, we didn’t dare to use it due to fire hazard - Some kitchen appliances starting to be worn, for example coffee maker is calcified and barely works. - Shower drains running slow, need maintenance - No fire alarm available So with a small maintenance effort this would be 5 star rating.

The property is lovely, walking distance to town and beach. All you could need and a lovely pool. Some full length mirrors in the bedrooms. A few more details of places to eat drink locally. Especially the Red Rum pub literally around the corner from the villa.

Lovely villa, pool, garden and outdoor dining area. Everything we needed. Great location for a short walk old townthe beach and a great little bar called Red Rum, which is a short walk on the edge of the beach. I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. The mattresses are very firm and pillows too, but that's my personal opinion as I like a medium soft mattress and soft pillows.

There were 8 of us and the size of the property was perfect. 3 bathrooms and 1 extra toilet downstairs. 10-15 mins walk to Alcúdia old town. Small beach around 10 minutes away. We ended up going there more often than to the main Alcúdia beach. Nice little pool and plenty of sun loungers. All photos on the website are accurate. We really enjoyed our stay here.

It has everything you need for a wonderful stay and the hosts are very helpful and responsive should you need anything else. We stayed with a toddler and 4 adults and there was plenty of room for us all. It's a very safe and enclosed space outside, however the only thing I would say is there are steps at both entrances to the villa so you have to be on your toes with the little ones. There is a restaurant 5 mins walk, sadly this is the only one around. There is also a park with swings etc round the corner. The nearest supermarket is around 15/20 minutes walk and has everything that you'll need. I would highly recommend this villa if you don't mind a little walk for your bars/restaurants/shops, it was a great stay.
