Beautiful lake front property with tons of charm inside and out. Lots of amenities, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and tons of areas to chill in.

Great Chalet!The location of the property is lovely, with views of the lake from all 3 floors. Me, my wife, and two teenagers spent a week at 'The Sanctuary' and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The dock gets sun in the early part or the day and shade in the latter. We fished and swam most days. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and used the bbq several times. Under 3 hours drive from Ottawa. The host responded promptly to questions and was pleasant to deal with. Would stay again.

Waking up in the morning to see the stunning view to the lake really made my day. The beds were super soft and comfortable and the fireplace kept us nice and cozy during the day. I would really recommend staying here.

This property was clean, had many amenities, great beds and linen, quality furniture. We really enjoyed the spa and the frozen lake where we skated, cross-country skied and walked around everyday. The neighbors use small vehicules to plow a path around the lake for a total of a 5 km trail. The owner was available and helpful. Easy to drive to and from Montreal, close to a main road. Loved it!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this beautiful lakefront cottage. The views of the water were beautiful from all 3 floors. We especially enjoyed waking up in the very comfortable king sized bed overlooking the lake. The spa with its sheltered location a few steps from the house was a treat. We were thrilled to have access to the double kayak and spent a few hours touring the lake, being serenaded by a pair of loons! Between the bbq and the well-equipped kitchen, we were able to cook what we wanted. Everything was perfect!

The cottage was beautiful inside and out. Very well maintained with nothing broken or wobbly. The spa was in pristine condition. There were plenty of dishes, pots/pans, cutlery etc. The lake was beautiful and the dock was set up with chairs and a little table. We had coffee there a couple of mornings and could see and hear a loon - amazing.

We were a group of 3 couples in their 50s and we had a great stay. The house is well equipped and provides enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The hot tub was a definite plus since it was cool for part of our stay. We brought our own individual kayaks and didn't use the canoe and double kayak provided at the house. The decks landscaping made enjoying the outside particularly enjoyable. It shows that the owners care and are continually making improvements to the property. Definitely recommend!

We went to enjoy family time as we celebrated my husband's retirement. There was plenty of place for us to eat, play games, watch tv or just relax. The lake carried our stress away. Kayaking was fun. This home was everything that we expected and hoped for and more. I shreaked like a child when I saw the master bedroom. Heaven. Thank you Anthony for this wonderful experience. It is not our last visit to your beautiful sanctuary
