It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 50 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)

First floor:
- 20 m² livingroom with TV, double sofa bed, dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For added comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, plancha.

Outside:
- A beautiful, private, unenclosed 50 m² garden, as well as a 13 m² balcony with mountain views, facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The chalet is ideally located in Thônes, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Hiking, downhill and cross-country skiing in the Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz resorts
- Tree climbing
- Municipal swimming pool at Thônes
- Lake Annecy, 30 minutes away by car
- Thônes market on Saturday mornings

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private area in front of the chalet (several parking spaces).

- The garage at the rear of the chalet and the vegetable garden are not available to travellers.
