House Villa Rosita 12 at Alcudia Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosita! The house was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach in Alcudia. The team from Ideal Property Mallorca was fantastic – they were very helpful, made everything easy and comfortable. They even arranged an early check-in for us and welcomed us with a small refreshment, which was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend both the accomodation and the service! One thing we noticed during our stay was the presence of a few cockroaches in the house, which was a bit unpleasant and unexpected. It might be a good idea to improve the pest control or sealing to prevent this. However, this is just a suggestion – it didn't significantly affect our stay. We really enjoyed our time at the villa!

The House is very nice and close to the beach. It is near shopping places but far enough to not hear noises New beds are needed. Something has tonbe done with the smell of the wardrobe. In the kitchen there are some small things left like a kitchen knife and cutting board

Proximity to the beach. Less than 1 minute from front door. Early morning coffee sitting on the sand, watching the sun come up. Long walks on the endless beach. Sundowner gin and tonics, endless list. We were a bit cold at nighttime in bed. Suggest that maybe duvets are supplied for the earlier time of the year. We had to use extra fleece blankets on the bed and we think it would be more comfortable with duvets.

Das Highlight an diesem Haus ist die Lage. Man hat nur etwa 150 mtr. zum besten Strandabschnitt der Bucht Alcudias, da dort keine Hotels in Strandnähe liegen. Das wiederum hat zur Folge, dass man dann zum Einkaufen und für Restaurantbesuche längere Wege in Kauf nehmen muss. Technisch ist das Haus gut ausgestattet, in der Küche waren folgende Geräte vorhanden: 4 Flammen Gaskochfeld, E-Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster, im Nebenraum der Garage mit elektrischem Toröffner eine Waschmaschine. Leider stimmen die Katalogbilder und die Realität überhaupt nicht mehr überein. Es gibt rund ums Haus überhaupt kein Grün mehr, ausser in den Nachbargärten. Auch sonst hat das Haus schon bessere Tage gesehen, meiner Meinung nach hat man in den letzten Jahren versäumt etwas zu investieren (z.B. ein neuer Anstrich von Haus und Fenstern / Mobiliar). Innen ist alles funktional eingerichtet, dass war es aber dann auch schon. In zwei der drei Schlafzimmer haben die Betten den Charakter von Feldbetten, dort wurden die Kopfteile von Bettgestellen an die Wand geschraubt, davor findet sich dann aber nur ein Feldbett, kein norrnales Bettgestell. Das finde ich , zumal das Haus als Villa beworben wird, was beim Kunden gewisse Qualitätsansprüche weckt, ziemlich schlecht. Im Aussenbereich standen neben einem Gartenschirm auch Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung. Leider hatten auch diese ihre besten Tage schon hinter sich, der Tisch war derart instabil, dass man sich schon gar nicht mehr getraut hat, darauf etwas zu zerschneiden. Einer der vier Gartenstühle war defekt. Außerdem standen für 6 Personen (dafür wird das Haus beworben) nur zwei Liegestühle zur Verfügung. Ich habe das umgehend mehrfach persönlich im Büro bemängelt, geändert hat sich insofern nur, dass der defekte Stuhl durch Kleben (!) instandgesetzt wurde, sonst hat innerhalb von drei Wochen nichts getan. Und dann kam noch das Regenwasser durch die Decke im Bad. Da war dann meine Toleranzschwelle überschritten. So nie mehr!

Large, comfortable place for many people to share. I loved that we got dish detergent, kitchen towels and such! These things make it easier to settle in and get started with a temporary home.
