Stayed Dec 22, 2025Communication with host and property management was phenomenal! Any text sent was immediately answered. Totally enjoyed our 5 night stay over the week of Christmas. The property was super cozy and the surroundings were so peaceful and rustic. I gave it 4 stars, as we had a couple of issues which were promptly handled, and the heated floors of the bathrooms were amazing! The cleaning crew needs a bit more supervision as there were a number of areas definitely not covered. Loved the fire pit area and hot tub! Huge success for my family. We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Oct 6, 2025This was our 2nd time to stay here. Love this place. Great communication with the staff if we needed anything. The only downside is no dishwasher, but didn't bother us. We will be back again.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Beautiful Chalet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level. Spare bedroom had a lake view from the sliding door to the deck. Very comfortable beds and couch. saw lots of deer on the property and the lake is close by. There was no dishwasher in the kitchen and the main slider to the deck was a bit cumbersome to open and close, but everything else was wonderful. This chalet is at the very front of Innsbrook, so close to the main entrance which is nice.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024Our stay at the happy moments cabin by the lake was beautiful, but could have been much better. The charming decor and picturesque property provided a beautiful backdrop for our retreat. Outdoor leashes allowed our dogs to enjoy the surroundings, and ample parking added convenience. The heated bathroom floors and plush bedding were luxurious touches, enhancing our comfort. Entertainment amenities, including a high-resolution TV and reliable internet, were appreciated. However, our enthusiasm was dampened by the disappointing state of the kitchen. Residual food on dishes and crumbs in cabinets necessitated thorough cleaning before use, while an old, crusted oven mitt and stained pillow sham raised hygiene concerns. The absence of on-site laundry facilities was a significant inconvenience, requiring us to wash these elsewhere if we wished to use them. Guests should come prepared with their own metal spatula for the propane grill and extra blankets, as only one throw blanket was provided. Despite the initial allure, the sectional sofa proved impractical, as its numerous pieces constantly shifted and rearranged, detracting from relaxation. The 5 watercraft were exciting... until we realized there were only 2 fully functional oars... Stayed May 29, 2023We had a wonderful stay at one of our favorite places on earth Innsbrook. The chalet was newly renovated and beautifully done top to bottom. Great amenities everything you need. Loved the location on the lake, fantastic view and great kayaks, paddle boards hot tub and fire pit. Great communication with the rental company. Easy and relaxing 3 day vacation.
