We enjoyed our stay here. We had 2 messy children with us and there was no broom. Otherwise it was nice.
. Beautiful property but Needs attention and or repair to several areas . management very nice cabin not so much. Looked okay in the pictures but the reality was furniture was an odd mixture of what look like yard sale or Goodwill furniture. The beds were horrible mattresses need to be replaced but the main thing what's the bugs palmetto bugs and roach bugs an overwhelming amount none of the kids would sleep in the Loft area because at night they really came out up there so we were all stuck in the two beds downstairs we kids in the bed with us miserable. We made the best of it we were only there for 3 days we fought off the bugs and enjoyed what time we could there then we fled 2 Great Wolf Lodge and had a wonderful time. The good parts the kids love paddling around the pond in the little flat bottom boat they enjoy the pool they enjoyed the putt putt the game room was way too hot even with the quote-unquote air conditioning on and the baseball machine was broken like a pretty little lady just well past her prime. Bud Lord at the bugs
This location was wonderful, peaceful, serene and absolutely beautiful. The cabin was really cute and inviting, aesthetically. The major downside during our stay at this property, was the sleeping accommodations. The room sizes were acceptable, as well as the amount of beds available, but the quality of the beds and bedding were terrible. The comforter in one bedroom was old, torn and losing stuffing, the pillows were all flat and extremely worn. The mattresses in every room were extremely used to the point that it felt like the springs were about to poke through when you laid down. Of the 5 people in our party, each of us had the same poor assessment of the sleeping accommodations. The refrigerator was also extremely loud when the compressor kicked on. With a small investment in this property, it could easily get 5 out of 5 stars from every visitor.
My family enjoyed our chalet at the PCC and will definitely be back!
Husband and I wanted to get away but, with Covid19, we wanted a place with not a lot of crowds or people. This place was excellent! Nice and quiet. Very relaxing. Loved it!
Tv did not work in bedrooms other than that it was great
