Comfortable 3-bedroom new construction condo minutes from Loon Mtn & Lincoln.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful new condo. Everything was thoughtfully designed — the décor was simple, tasteful, and made the space feel bright and relaxing. I marked the pool as a 3, not because it was average, we didn’t use it at all, but couldn’t move forward with the review without giving it a star rating and N/A wasn’t an option. The only small thing missing was shampoo and conditioner, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

4 stars because:1.No shampoo, body wash, or basic toiletries were provided — this was the first time I’ve stayed somewhere without them.2.The master bedroom didn’t have any curtains or even blinds. Although the view outside was just the forest, it still felt a bit uncomfortable and lacking privacy. Also, the sunlight woke us up early in the morning, which wasn’t ideal.3.There were some leftover food items in the fridge, which was a bit unpleasant.

Such a fun girls weekend. The condo was exactly as pictured, it was tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. Nice amenities and had everything that we needed. We also liked the location of this condo compared to others that we have rented in the past in Lincoln. It is close to the restaurants, shopping, etc. Owners were very helpful and promptly responded to questions. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Our stay at this property was exceptional. The home was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable throughout. The beds were excellent, and the linens and towels were of the highest quality. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to feel right at home. The outdoor space, including the pool and back deck, was wonderful and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The homeowners were attentive and ensured everything met our needs during the stay. We had no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a top-quality vacation rental.

We had a phenomenal stay at Seana and Dennis’s stunning condo! Our group of two families came with 4 tiny humans, and everyone was incredibly happy with the accommodations! The condo was absolutely spotless, and stocked with everything you could ever need or want: all the extra kitchen staples, a variety of k-cups, tons of extra fluffy towels, incredibly comfortable beds and linens, fast WiFi and Roku tvs in every room (perfect for the kids to unwind with a movie to allow the adults to have a peaceful glass of vino!), and tons of space to hang and dry your ski gear! The kids absolutely loved the pool, and there was plenty of space for them to spread out and have some play time. Seana was so very kind, and promptly answered any questions we had! We will absolutely be back! We enjoyed every second of our stay and had to pry the kids out of the door this morning! Thank you both so much!

Perfect space for a family or small group! Great location only minutes from Loon Mountain. Brand new space, very clean, wonderful amenities. Would absolutely book again!
