Come explore and ski from the premier location in all of Girdwood. This tranquil Bavarian cottage is nestled at the base of the resort steps away from chair 3. The property has 5 twin beds and one queen size bed, as well a large open downstairs with room for a family, this quaint spacious home is brand new and offers all the comforts you need, while feeling like you’re cozied into an alpine chalet from worlds long past.

The property sits at the base of the mountain, directly across the street from the chair 3 parking lot, this is one of only a few true a ski in/ski out properties in Girdwood.
The house itself is brand new, with construction only recently finished. It is designed to feel like an authentic European ski chalet, sparing no detail, including old quarry stone floors, hand troweled plaster walls, custom wood finishing, stone fireplace, and the only slate roof in Alaska.
Outside there is a spacious surround and oversized parking area/gathering space. Positioned on the hillside with views of the mountain, as well as the Girdwood valley.
The property also offers two large decks, with an 8 person top of the line brand new jacuzzi hot tub! Relax and recover from long days hiking and skiing with therapy jets, and infrared healing light.

The master bedroom is located in a loft, and access to the loft is by a ship ladder. So if you have physical limitations, please message in advance.
