7.) We are surrounded by trees. While this is peaceful, it does mean you will encounter bugs, insects, leaves, pollen, small twigs. Pollen will settle on outdoor furniture and decking. While the house is professionally cleaned, keep in mind the house is still a mountain chalet on the outside.
8.) Damage protection - The $40 charge listed as a management fee on your quote covers your purchase of $1500 of all risk damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
9.) In extreme cold weather, the hot tub is designed to maintain a cozy temperature between 100°F and 104°F when the cover is on. However, when the cover is off, the water temperature will naturally drop 5 degrees per hour due to exposure to the cold air. This is completely normal and part of how hot tubs work! To keep the water warm for your enjoyment, we recommend limiting the time the cover is off when the tub is not in use
