Stayed Dec 25, 2025The host was very welcoming and responsive. The chalet was very clean and spacious. It was a great location for both Nubs Nob and Highlands. The layout of the kitchen and dinning table made it very easy to accommodate six adults, could have easily had more. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend

Stayed Jul 18, 2025The house is awesome! They decorated everything beautifully was V spacious for the 5 adults 1 kid. Rooms were spacious the bathrooms were a great size they did a lovely job with the interior furnishings! It was also nice that the bathrooms were almost soundproof. Loved that even though it wasn’t right in the city of harbor springs we were centrally located between traverse harbor springs so it was a quick drive to both towns!! The neighboring dog came up to the house one of the days he was so friendly!! However, there were a few things that could help improve future stays: 1.) The outside by the firepit felt unkept. 2.) When we arrived there were what looked like pee stains on the sheets (on a few of the beds) human pet hair all over the duvet sheets. We quickly notified the owner after only a hours we heard back from her. She was NOT apologetic, she just stressed that she personally cleaned the home and that those stains were from the dry cleaners that we are welcome to change them with new sheets from the hallway closet. 3.) the TVs didn’t connect via Bluetooth or screen mirroring. We had to use a USB to connect our laptops (USB was provided). 4.) it was echo-y. So we did hear everyone walking around or talking in the main areas from the rooms.
