Charming historic house with 3 Bedrooms. Minutes from Dollywood!

Great company to.deal with on short notice!

Quiet, pretty clean, location accessible to area. Family-friendly. No issues.

Great area. Perfect for what we were wanting, a home base for exploring the area. Definitely an older home, but cute and quaint.

Poorly kept outdoor. Yards was run over with grass and weeds. Windows had missing curtains. Limited privacy. Bed linens were dirty/dusty. Place was poorly kept. Pictureon Vrbo was very deceiving.

Charming little house, clean and tidy, enjoyed our stay over all. My only concern were the blinds. At night you could see through the house from outside. And some windows didnt have blinds.

We absolutely loved staying here. We have family in seveirville and the house was less than 4 miles from their home. We will definitely look in to staying there again.

The house had loads of character and was in a great location. It was generally clean. The kitchenware could have been better. It was great that the house was decorated for the holidays.

Pros: Clean, close to everything, pet friendly, communication was mostly good. Cons: Mildew smell -Mainly in living room. All was good until it was decided one more document was needed for check in(the day after we checked in). Was not happy to receive a text stating we were in danger of being evicted unless this form was completed! I understand the need to have everything you need, but when the entire stay has been paid in full and someone forgets to send us a needed form, was threatening to evict really necessary? Especially when I responded to every text and email in a timely manner. The lady I spoke with when I returned their call was very nice and seemed surprised by the wording of the text and it was taken care of. I hope the employee that sent the text was retrained on how to handle guests.

Enjoyed the space and location.

We liked the quiet location of this property. Located in town, we could easily access the places we needed to go by a short drive. We were in town working an event. The beds are super comfortable and we had plenty of space. Our biggest drawback was the check in process. We were provided with a front door code. When we arrived after dark we were surprised to front door with no electronic key pad. The door that has an electronic entry is in the back, and it was dark. Not sure why this detail was not in our check in info.

Super cute home! Quiet neighborhood and relatively close to everything. Would for sure stay here again!
