Beautiful semi detached property which is part of a group of eight, surrounded by a beautiful garden, that share a communal pool, set very near the sea, in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca.



The hall is open to a nice living and dining room with lovely views, also open to the graceful kitchen and a terrace with a dining area. There is also a bathroom. Downstairs there are three graceful bedrooms, all of them open to the private garden that surrounds the property, and abathroom. The outside terrace and garden feature a fabulous living area, sun loungers and a barbeque. There's a large free parking area just in front. A unique opportunity to enjoy the sea, mountains, peace, breath-taking views, and the natural beauty of the Cala.



There is no need to rent a car, as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful beach with crystal clear waters of Cala Molins, is only 50 metres away.



There is a free large parkingspace very close.



It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed Internet to be able to telework (600 MB).



Smoking is allowed outdoors.

IMPORTANT





In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.





A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

    The house is very comfortable, clean, and just a stone’s throw from the beach, which made everything very convenient. We loved being able to enjoy the private garden and barbecue, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Additionally, the communal pool is a great bonus for cooling off after a day in the sun. We also really appreciated the attentiveness of the Home Villas 360 team, who were very attentive and made us feel welcome with thoughtful touches like a welcome basket. In summary, a peaceful place with everything you need to unwind and enjoy the area. We would definitely stay again.

    Das Appartement war sehr sauber und von der Lage her ideal. Es wurden sogar einmal die Handtücher gewechselt und die Betten gemacht obwohl das in einem Selbstversorgerappartement nicht üblich ist. Für April war das Appartement etwas zu kalt daes nordseitig liegt. Aber im Hochsommer ist dies sicher von Vorteil

    Je recommande fortement cette appartement maison, très fonctionnel, avec toutes commodités et surtout son emplacement de rêve. Idéal pour famille avec enfants en bas âge ou ados. Très bonnes vacances assurées

    It's a nice place and Pep was really supportive from day one. We arrived late in the night but everything was done and the key was available in the key box. The apartment is spacy and everything was clean and in a good condition. Beach is reallyclose and two nice restaurants just in front of the building. We had a really nice time!

    Maison bien située proche de la plage. Nous étions cependant au no. 1 qui se trouve en retrait de la route très peu passante hors saison et non au no. 5 qui se trouve directement en vue du trottoir et de la terrasse du restaurant avoisinant.Maison agréable sur deux niveaux avec terrasse au niveau du 1er étage et jardin en bas. Équipement cuisine moyen, sans ingrédients de base.
