Stayed Feb 1, 2025We had a lovely stay at Chalet Le Renard du Lac with 5 adults and three little kids. To begin with the chalet: it’s spacious and cosy at the same time, well-equipped, and the terrace catches the sun all day. Beautiful views and great location. Just outside the busy town of Les Gets, more quiet and uphill (hence the view). It is situated near the slopes, a 2 minute walk to a blue slope, and at the end of the day you can also ski back up to this point. If you are not skiing, you can walk to town, either via a snowy path (short) or the road (slightly longer). If you are not fan of walking down or back uphill you can take the bus, which stops right outside the chalet. Around the corner, there is a hill for sledding and a nice playground for little kids. And lastly: Anne is of great help, with loads of tips and advice.

Stayed Mar 4, 2023The property was very well equipped, spacious and clean. I would like to thank Anne, the owner, for being so welcoming and ensuring we had all we needed. Some nice touches were providing us with essential basic ingredients, ski rentals on arrival at the chalet with key points and recommendations e.g. best places to eat. We we even able to arrange a delivery of shopping to the chalet in advance of our arrival. When the snow is good this is a ski in ski out chalet, if not there is a bus that stops just outside the chalet which is only a 5 minute tide to the village a lifts. Anne was very attentive to our needs and always accessible and responsive. My family and I had a great stay and I can highly recommended this chalet and location. Thank you Anne!!!
