The Space:

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire 2 bedroom condo unit on the first floor, in addition to the private back patio overlooking the mountains.
Please remember that there are other renters/guests next door, so we request to please be mindful of making loud sounds/noises, especially during our quiet hours.
You can also use our membership to Linderhof Country Club (less than 5 min drive).

Other Things to Note:
• Please remember that you're staying in a condo unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
• There are bunk beds that have weight limits
• 8 guest max = 6 adults and 2 children (bunk bed)
• Please note that there's a staircase leading down to the property from the parking lot.
• We only have 1 parking spot at the property and the overflow parking for additional cars is not available. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months.
• A parking pass is available inside the unit upon check-in. Please be sure to hang your permit on the rearview mirror of your car and return it on the day of your check out otherwise there's a $50 fee to replace it.
• You can also use our membership to Linderhof Country Club (less than 5 min drive).

• Extra Person beyond the number of guest reserved is subject to $25 per person per night

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
The property had the perfect view of the mountains and was perfectly located to the town and trails. We had the perfect long weekend.
We stayed at this property over Columbus Day weekend 2023. It was clean and well provisioned. However, the Internet and television did not work all weekend, which was a big drag on a long, rainy weekend with a sick child. The property was advertised as having Internet and television, and the property did not deliver either Internet and television. Most places would offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience, and the property manager assured me repeatedly that we would receive some compensation. However, the owner refused to be in touch for several weeks and then when he finally wrote back he refused to issue any kind of compensation, claiming there was a network outage and it was not his fault that the internet didn’t work. Initially, there was a network outage in the area but then after the outage was over the Internet and TV still did not work at the property, even after a technician visited once. Furthermore, I spent quite a bit of time during my vacation going back-and-forth with the property manager to organize an Internet technician site visit to try to fix the problem. Good customer service and decent standards of hospitality would indicate some kind of compensation, and the owner refused to do anything.
We came to see the fall foliage for the first time. This was a perfect location, easy access to different things to do in the area and the view from the deck was amazing. Communication with the owners was easy and they always responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here if you ever head to New Hampshire!
Our family was so impressed with our stay. It was in great condition and the owners were so easy to work with. It was the perfect proximity to Santa’s Village and Storyland. After a couple of long days at the parks we felt right at home.
No complaints - great trip
The home was nice and clean. We enjoyed our short stay there. It has plenty of room for a family of four. It was located close to the things we wanted to do while in the area. The views were very nice, but was limited because of the weather.
They were very welcoming and attentive on our questions and basic needs. We were first timers to staying in someone’s house rather than a hotel, and I would do it again over hotels. More room, and a real kitchen, can’t go wrong. We will def be back in the next few summers! Location was perfect with storyland and that outlets
Nicely appointed property. We have a lot of experience with VRBO properties. We always appreciate the extra touches like soap, shampoo, lotion, and fresh sponges as provided at this property. The beds and linens were comfortable. The only downside was the limited parking. Be aware, if you are traveling with another family or coming from different locations, there is only one parking space available for the unit. This does not seem reasonable for a property that sleeps 8. Otherwise, our stay was great and we would definitely return.
My wife and I plus 3 teens stayed here and and it was perfect. The views were some of the best the area has to offer….truly amazing. As regular VRBO users, we loved that we didn’t have to strip beds or take our trash with us. That kind of stuff can be annoying when you are paying so much, but not here! Location is good too. It’s super close to Attitash as well as Black Mountain. Bretton Woods was only about 35min away too. We will stay here again for sure …
Property was ok for 1-2 people. Exterior Stairs to the property are steep and long so moving luggage and groceries is a bit inconvenient. Hot water does not last long 1 bath per day 2 if you span morning and night. You will be requested to do a bit of the cleaning before you leave regardless of the cleaning fee. Nicely decorated property inside.
Our family of 4 had the opportunity to stay here over Thanksgiving. Host had great communication from the beginning to the end of our stay. The condo had everything we needed. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with Keurig and ample dishes. Home is very cozy and decorated beautifully. Amazing mountain views surround you as you sit on the back porch and watch the sun set. We will definitely be returning.
