It is a villa located in a central area of the Mar Menor, close to all the services necessary to spend an excellent vacation, even for long periods of time since most of the shops are open throughout the year. Where the car is not needed at all and where the temperature is fantastic and the sun shines all year round, even at Christmas.

The beach about 300 meters and very close to the Regional Park of the Salinas and Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar.
r>Spacious one-storey semi-detached villa, facing east-noon, fully furnished with 4 bedrooms with two beds each, terrace, small garden, and patio. Two complete bathrooms with shower in each of them, living room and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher). And air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in three of the four bedrooms. In the living room there is also a fireplace for winter.

People who want to use the fireplace or air conditioning must indicate so and will have to pay an economic fee.

Tenants who book for a month or more will have to add the costs of electricity, water and gas consumed during their stay.

Pets are allowed but will have to pay 30 euros per pet

    We were greeted by Rafaela and her family and the house was beautiful clean. Everything that you need for a holiday stay. Excellent communication with any problems that occurred nothing major but was sorted out so fast. Conveniently situated for beach shops and bars. I would recommend this house to any family.

    The bungalow is nice and spacious. Well kept with a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are all a good size. We would have liked to see a good size double in one of the rooms. We don’t really like sleeping in single beds now. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The bungalow is situated on the corner of two roads so has a lot of passing people and cars heading into the town. The parking is on the street which seemed to be ok, but I was worried about it because we needed it to be safe. This was our first stop on a very long trip back to the UK. It was the graffiti that the town suffers from that gave a bad impression. Really could have done with Wi-fi and some TV channels in English.
