Stayed Sep 12, 2025Chalet was in a beautiful location and spotlessly clean inside.The one female.reception staff we dealt with was rude, clearly didn't go to charm school. There were 5 of us and 2 of the bedrooms were not made up, when we mentioned it to the female her response was just get on and do it yourself ! Was not at all helpful at any time we had to speak to her shame.
