The BERNA house, located in Puerto de Alcúdia, offers an ideal setting for peaceful and active holidays. With capacity for 8 people, it has 4 bedrooms and a surface area of 277 m², combining comfort and spaciousness in a natural environment.



This accommodation does not accept groups of young people under 25 years old, except for families with children.



Located in a quiet residential area, right in front of Es Llac Gran lake and just 900 metres from Alcúdia beach, the house offers views of the lake and the mountain. It is an excellent option for athletes, as it is located next to Mallorca Wakepark and in an ideal area for outdoor training.

On Sundays and Tuesdays, you can enjoy its popular local market, ideal for discovering artisan products and Mallorcan gastronomy.



Just a few minutes away, the Port of Alcúdia offers an extensive beach of fine sand and crystal-clear waters, perfect for families with children. On the seafront, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, water activities and a relaxed nightlife. Additionally, it is a very well-connected area, ideal for exploring other corners of the island such as Pollença, Formentor or the S'Albufera Natural Park.

    What can I say about this awesome property. It’s location is perfect if you have quite a young family staying with you. No more than a 5 or 10 minute walk to the heart of Alcudia. Restaurants and shops are on the doorstep. There are also play areas for young children to keep them entertained. There is a Liddle no more than 15 minutes walk away and the Beach is a similar distance. The property itself is set out on 2 floors. It has a decent sized pool with shallow are for nine swimmers. It sleeps 8 comfortably and there are enough toilets and bathrooms to accommodate even a full occupancy. The bedrooms are adequately furnished in pine wood. The mattresses and pillows very comfortable. The grounds of the villa are pristine and well maintained. In short, this is a villa I would be happy to own! Booking was easy and the cost well worth it when taking everything in to consideration. We will be going again!
