Beautiful, Warm & Welcoming-Redwoods, River, Beaches includes Hot tub

This place was pretty dumpy inside. No communication had us standing outside unable to get in for 45 minutes. Had to buy several basic cooking utensils. Pictures in the ad showed we rented the entire place, but then other renters showed up. No curtains or AC so the house was super hot from 2 to 6pm. Furniture was a joke, so lumpy and falling apart and uncomfortable. The house was cool and the area was great but it is obvious the renter is only concerned with collecting their monies and could care less about your comfort.

We had a great time in this home. Dropping freshman daughter off at Humboldt University. Amazing place you guys have and whenever I visit, I’ll use this place as well as recommend it to others.

I loved being in the woods with beautiful trees all around us. The cabin has lots of big windows so you can sit and enjoy the view.

The host was wonderful and even found our iPad

Every thing was great. Being surrounded by the beautiful trees was great for my soul. The hot tub was in the best spot. Highly recommend

The house is very nice and just as described. It was clean and welcoming. The setting is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Very nice place that's out of the way but not far from town. Stayed upstairs and love the view and plenty of windows to enjoy the surrounding redwoods. Very comfortable. Second time staying there. Also has a badminton net that my family loves to enjoy.

It was nice, did not realize until after booking that the cabin is rented boyh upstairs and down so it is only semi private.

We loved staying here. The only thing that could make it perfect is if there was a washer and dryer.

The location feels very remote although it’s within miles of a grocery store & town. We stayed upstairs.The beds were comfortable & there was plenty of space for the 4 of us to have personal space. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and seasonings. The drip coffee maker works like a charm. It did get a little warm inside in the afternoons, even with the air conditioner, due to all of the windows for the natural light and the beauty of the outside. The windows open on all four sides of the upstairs for a great breeze also. Communication with the owner was prompt, pleasant and clear.We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay - it was a perfect home base for two couples exploring the redwoods area!

This is our second time renting this property, and we love it! The location is five minutes from town, but you're still in the middle of nature. Our only critique is that the beds are very firm. A mattress topper would make our next stay even better. The property is very clean and well-maintained, and our host was kind and available for any questions.

This place was INCREDIBLE! Tucked away and into the Redwoods with 2 bedrooms, great big bathroom, windows everywhere and a loft for my kiddos to play in! The best place to come home to after fracturing all day in the Redwoods! Oh and don’t forget the outdoor hot tub! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Pictures don’t fully do it justice. Road getting there is a little narrow at points just fyi but it’s pretty and surrounded by woods while also being a close drive to most attractions in the area

The property's location is minutes from town but feels like hours from the city. It's evident that a lot of love has gone into the property. The house is an open invitation for a place to relax. The attention to detail and cleanliness add to the relaxation. All I needed was my personal belongings and food. The water quality was terrific. There are many options to relax: a jacuzzi, excellent trails, or outdoor activities. There is even a volleyball net in the front yard. I highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic stay! The space was clean and homey. Kitchen had all the basics. The location in the redwoods was beautiful and quiet. Jeffrey was very responsive (amd quick to reply). It was perfect for oir family of 4. It was a quick 10 minute drive into town, and rasy access to the redwood parks.

We came from the Midwest for a week. We were happy to have such a private locations that was quiet and just the right size.

Our Stay at the Cozy Cabin was fantastic! The Cabin is surrounded in beautiful trees! The Cabin was clean and Tidy! Clear directions for check out. You’ll n Ed to follow the written directions Jeffrey emails you. Hot tub was perfect nested in the trees!!

Beautiful retreat in the woods with clean open layout, plenty of space for our family, whimsical loft and charming hot tub area. No complaints.

We would absolutely stay at this property again and recommend it to our friends. It is a great location for visiting the redwoods. It is very quiet and completely surrounded by lush, beautiful trees. A few deer visited occasionally.

This was a very nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and private. The setting makes you feel like you are far away from everything, but Arcata and Mckinleyville are both less than 10 min from the cabin. Will definitely try to get this cabin the next time we visit Humboldt.

This was very relaxing and quiet. Beautiful! Just like it was advertised. We would definitely come back again if we were in the area.
