Discover this spacious chalet, completely renovated and ideal for a comfortable and convivial stay in Chamonix. With a surface area of 250 m², the chalet can accommodate up to 10 people.

With 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, 2 of which have bathtubs, it can accommodate up to 10 people, ideal for a family or a group of friends.

The bedrooms:

- 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) each, which can be joined together to form a double bed if necessary;
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (180 x 200 cm) per room;

The master bedroom also has a balcony offering a panoramic view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, as well as a desk.
The other two bedrooms also have a desk, perfect for working or studying remotely.

The living room is bright and spacious, with a double-sided fireplace, a comfortable seating area and a TV lounge with Netflix and a DVD player.
The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes a kitchen bar with a Nespresso machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, and a fondue and raclette set.
A hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are available. In addition, a Bluetooth speaker is at your disposal for listening to music while preparing meals.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with a dining table, sofas and sun loungers, as well as a garden with a barbecue and areas to relax.
For your well-being, a 4-person hammam with shower and Bluetooth music system is also available.

The chalet is located in the residential southern district of Les Moussoux, slightly elevated, offering exceptional 180° panoramic views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi and the glaciers. The neighbourhood is quiet and private, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking, skiing or mountain activities. The centre of Chamonix is a 1 km walk away, the Aiguille du Midi cable car is 1.3 km away, and the Brévent/Plan Praz cable cars are only 600 m away. These distances make it easy to enjoy the slopes, trails and local attractions.

You will also receive a transport card for free travel on the internal train service between Servoz and Vallorcine and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttle services (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
