More mirrors, showers both where poor

Great holiday accommodation was fabulous the scenery and surrounding area amazing can’t wait to book and go back again

Our lodge was spacious with good facilities but was looking rather worn. The fridge door shelf was broken, bed headboard was wobbly and creaked, some of the hot tub jets and lights weren't working, but overall they didn't spoil our holiday experience.

Perfect lodge everything you need in the kitchen and more (washing machine) 🤪Tv in every bedroom so kids where happy 😃

Lodge was absolutely stunning, very spacious, had everything in the lodge that you could possibly need. The only one thing I would add would be to have a mop in there so can dry flooring when walking through after coming out of the hot tub. Other than this I would say you thought of everything in this lodge. If I had to be picky the only thing we did notice were all windows were quite dirty on the outside all round, and white curtain poles definitely need cleaning. Other than this just beautiful.

Very spacious and loved the hot tub which was checked daily - some wear showing where they mop floors and surfaces have water damage showing but very clean - lovely white linen and towels provided and also a welcome pack toy for the dog also kitchen cloth liquid and dishwasher tablet which was appreciated. Suggest they put a mat by the patio door for coming in with wet feet from the hot tub and put a gate on the steps to keep dogs in

Bit worn in places, curtains bit dirty, stains on sofa’s needs a clean . Decking stained . Overall nice and clean. Really enjoyed it there nice and quiet. Definitely stay again .

Lovely cabin but 3rd room was very small with uncomforable beds. Hot tub is an extra bonus especially for family time

Lodge was tidy but décor looks tired.

The grounds were well kept , with lots of resident squirrels & rabbits.The entrance had a raising barrier which was supposed to recognise your number plate & open., this never worked on our stay so had to buzz reception every time which was slightly annoying.

Cheddar resort was one of the more luxurious hoseseason parks we have visited. It is compact and smaller than other parks, but still offers kids activities, restaurant and is positioned in a good location.2 areas for improvement:1. The lodge could have been cleaned better. Upon arrival i had to sweep the floor as there was food in the living, dining and kitchen area. Other than that the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were well cleaned.2. There was a shortage of staff at the pool. We were only allowed to use the pool for 30min during the whole weekend we were there. I understand that these things happen and staff can be sick etc but perhaps an hour slot is more worthwhile and better than 30min. It gives kids enough time to enjoy the pool.Despite the above, highly recommend the resort and Cheddar! The caves, gorge and nearby caves are fantastic! The resort definitely deserves all the awards that are hung up at reception!

The only bedroom with a mirror was the double room and the only shower was attached to that which makes it awkward when sharing with another couple.

A great home from home experience, with the added luxury of the hot tub. The guy that came round to check the tub was ok was a really pleasant you d man.It was missing a few things that would make it exceptional, bathroom treats i.e mini shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, also I’ve stayed in a Hoseason lodge we were given dishwasher tablets and black bags and it would have been nice to have a Tassimo coffee machine.

Axbridge premiere was beautiful so much space for larger family the furniture inside was beautiful it was like being at home but in a holiday setting. Will definitely book here again

Bed was comfy nice fluffy towels you get a little bottle of washing up liquid, scourer and tea towel, 1 dishwasher tablet which I think is a nice touch complementary toiletries again very nice if you have forgot to pack something

The main reason we paid the extra for the accommodation was so we had TVs in all the rooms but sadly none of them worked. Would go on and off.

Great value for money. Had everything we needed. Hot tub was great and at a great temperature. It was regular checked and kept clean. Overall lodge was immaculate and easy to maintain.

Sadly the lodge is showing signs of age and depreciation. Exterior decking signs of wear requiring rejuvenation. Interior Kitchen cupboards doors edges peeling off presenting as tatty. Cooking Utensils need updating. Entertainment system (tv ) faulty. We were moved to a second lodge when discussed with reception same issue with exterior and kitchen which also had a bad ant infestation. Could and should have been far better.

All family members had a fabulous time away facilities where great for all ages
