This was better than staying in a hotel with my two kids! So close to Cranmore and all the cute shops in North Conway. Private location with nice winter scenery out our windows. I wish there was a privacy shade or blinds in the bathroom. It’s rustic and cozy, not super modern and polished. Perfect for a New Hampshire weekend away.

Lovely condo.

When you walk in, there is a smell that is unpleasant and there is cobwebs and spiders. Will not return to this “chalet” No shade to pull in bathroom? What’s up with that? I tried reaching out to owner and he told me all he gets is five star reviews. Well this one is not. Sorry.

Perfect size place for 2-4 people for a quick getaway. The ceiling in the main area was beautiful, as visualized in the pictures. Also a very convenient location for hiking in the area and for getting into the towns of Conway / North Conway. Two small requests (that did not affect our stay) would be to include a dish drying towel and a couple of hangers for nicer clothes.

The property was very clean, quiet and perfect for a weekend getaway. Ten minutes from everything we wanted to do. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fine. Place was fine.

We rented one of the units for our family vacation at the end of July. Unfortunately the unit didn't work for us as we end up by staying only 2 nights there. The location was good and quite, near N Conway with easy access to shops, stores and restaurants. On the top level there are the living room and kitchen with only 1 wall a/c for the whole unit. The 2 bedrooms with the bath are on the low level that is under ground and a musty/moldy smell was present. The most annoying issue was that the hardwood floors were very squeaky especially with the bedrooms downstairs and with different bed time hours for us. We communicate with the owner but as it was more a 'us' issue and noting that could be fixed from his side, we decided to look for something else and enjoy the rest of our vacation in NH.

We did not download the app. So, the problems started immediately, because we did not have the correct door code. When we arrived it was dark gold and rainy.. Ultimately, we ended up going to a hotel. I do not like being forced to use the app for lots of reasons. So, we won'tuse this service again..

Richard was the ultimate host. Responsive and accommodating. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and will be looking into booking again for next year’s trip.

I don't understand how this place got an exceptional rating. There are 2 units in one building - the description does not indicate that. One unit has a nice view, the other unit looks into the backyard. The description is very misleading!! In addition, the place is NOT clean.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Abbott Brook in the Chalet B and it was the perfect place to stay. The chalet was well stocked, clean and very cute. The host Richard was fantastic to work with as his responses were quick and pleasant. The location is perfect for those wanting to go to Cranmore Mountain and visit North Conways main drag. We would definitely stay here again.

Small but cozy.

We planned a ski trip for our stay and the Cortina Chalet was exactly what we needed. Two bedroom with a kitchen and a place to relax after a long day on the slopes.Check in was easy, and the accommodations were great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the chalet was clean and well equipped. I would recommend this location and accommodation to friends and family.

Overall we had a nice stay here. We were close to the events we had planned which made for an easy weekend.

We were family of four. The chalet is about 9 min. Drive to north conway. Bottom floor is 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Top floor is living room and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped invluding basics like oil, sugar, salt, coffee. When someone walks in the top floor there are some squeeking noizes from the wooden floor

Great location to a variety of sights including Cog Railway, Fryeburg Fair and the scenic byways of NH.

This Chalet exceeded our expectations! It was very well appointed, had everything we wanted or needed! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see and do! Very close to North Conway, the Kangsmangus Scenic Byway, Lincoln, Woodstock, the beautiful White Mountains and the list goes on! We highly recommend this amazing property! You won't be disappointed!

overall a great space, wonderful location, and ideal for my family and two small children. i appreciated the gate for the top floor. my only suggestion is that while all the linens were clean, some of them had been heavily stained from past guests like significant stains from make up (ladies please don’t do this to towels that aren’t yours.) and could probably be spruced up with some bleach. but a minor detail in what is a great rental

We were in town for a wedding and the chalet was great. Very cozy and cute, and had everything we needed. Conveniently located not far from town. Richard was very quick to respond and handle the beeping fire alarm battery when we checked in. Would stay again!

We enjoyed the stay. It was close to story land and restaurants. The place was clean and well-stocked. it was easy to communicate with the owner. Would recommend.

The place was nice n cozy..the only thing when u see the pics online it looks like a big house but its jus a small comfortable cottage..nice n quiet place..only thing i would is tvs in the rooms and ac..they only have fans in them.

We had a quick trip to North Conway and the location and accommodations were a good fit for our needs and length of stay.

Super little place with just about everything you need. The little upper deck off the living room and back yard grill area were so nice to have. Very nice kitchen and living room space; perfect for the four of us. Away from it all but close enough to local attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great little 2 bedroom chalet. Was clean and kitchen well finished. Having a gas grill was clutch. Would definitely rent again.
