Stayed Jan 3, 2025Property matched the listing pictures. Spacious rooms and everything finished to a high standard. Very quiet area. Pool was pretty cold but it was January! Very safe and secure feel to the development. Neighbours were friendly. Good location. Euro Centre a short stroll up the hill with a huge choice of bars and restaurants, plus a good Dino supermarket.We had some Comms issues with the agent. No replies to messages during the stay and the contact number rang out. Our initial issue was accessing the stuck key box on arrival but luckily we were helped by a neighbouring property owner with a decent torch! Other messages were for very minor things but it was disappointing not to even get an acknowledgement. Overall this did not have a negative impact on our stay, but is still a concern.
