Stayed Nov 6, 2025The kitchen was well stocked, the space was perfect for 38 people to spread out and yet feel close! The only downside was the room listing is inaccurate to the actual house, but we were able to make it work. :)

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Older house that had Overall nice layout design on all three floors. Lots of fun in the playroom as always The AC on the basement level was not working so people either froze or burned up. Had the great maintenance team out on three occasions to try to fix the system it it kept not working well The AC on the third floor only worked on one side which was ok. The other two rooms on the left side were like a sauna. The maintenance team brought out a portable unit but we could not use it due to the window design. Had a great sun room that had large picnic tables and enough room for the whole family. The dual kitchens were a plus for a group our size. The living room couches need updating as they are very uncomfortable to sit on Beds were all comfortable

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Very good location for access to Pigeon Forge attractions. We had a big crew and the house provided nice eating and activity areas. Beds were not ver comfortable, and some furniture upgrades would help. Outside of that it is a very good place to stay. It has plenty of room and each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchens have plenty of refrigerators and and a freezer. The BBQ grills could use a little TLC and you may want to bring a long snout lighter to get them going. The pool is just down the street and easy to access. If you have a lot of cars uou may have a parking issue but down the hill about 350 yards there is more parking, you just may need to shuffle and shuttle little.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024I was looking for a place where my family could be at one location. This place was above and beyond what I actually expected. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. There were 39 in our party, The place was roomy and accommidated each age level. Most of the tourist attractions were within 4 miles from our location. I would reccomend this pace to anyone whom is looking for a vacation place for a Family Reunion, or any other family gathering.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Excellent experience!! From the beginning this management company was outstanding. Always answered their phone, and got back with me with answers to my questions if they did not have the answers on the spot. The lodge was beautiful! Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Our family had not had a reunion for 40 years, and never had a cousins reunion. We had a super time catching up and reconnecting with one another all under one roof! I recommend this company.

Stayed May 23, 2024I hosted my family reunion at this property and it was absolutely PERFECT! The top three features that stood out to me were: 1) the spacious inside picnic table area, which comfortably accommodated my entire family reunion party of 32 people; 2) the convenience of having two kitchens; and 3) the four master bedrooms on the main floor, which were ideal for the elderly members of our group. We did need to call the maintenance team for a clogged bathroom sink. They appeared in record time and fixed the problem right away! Highly recommend!
