We only stayed one night but if we could have, we would have stayed longer. Was such a great place to stay and the property owner was such a nice lady. We felt at home.

We were only here for one night to attend a concert at Thunder Ridge; we will be back. The property is secluded and has rustic charm. The host is super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Be warned, the story behind the castle will tug at your heartstrings. The area is a certified black sky site, so on a clear night you can see so much. It's great for astrophotography. The next time we visit, we'll be sure to take advantage of all the property has to offer (hiking trails, games, a great outdoor area, etc).

We really enjoy our stay. Karen was really helpful getting us settled in and if we needed anything she was there. The kitchen was adequately stocked. We loved the big fenced in back yard. Our little dog really enjoyed it. Enjoyed hearing the story and history of the Castle. We definitely will be coming back.

2nd time staying here. Karen is a Great host. Our Boxers were with us. They loved the fenced in yard to run around and play. We seen Deer each time we have been there. Right outside of the door to the right on the hill and in the back just on the other side of the fence where the small pond is. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Awesome place to stay. Nice remote location. The room had everything I needed. It was just me and my dog. It rained the first part of the week other than that the weather was good. The place was clean and the fenced in back yard was awesome for piper. She had a great time running around there and playing. Its a very large fenced in yard. I all had to do is open the back door and piper was able to go out in it.It was a one room setup and that worked good for me.Property manager was on site and was very helpful and easy to get along with. I only saw her a couple of times during the week. During one of the thunderstorms that went thru, the power went out and she let me know when it should come back on again. At the time I was out so it did not affect me. I would recommend this as a good place to stay. Everything was as they stated.

We enjoyed this out of the way, peaceful retreat off the beaten path. We found the bed to be more comfortable than some high-end hotels! Our host was gracious and kind, offering fresh produce from her garden. We were provided with everything we needed to relax, rest, and recharge. We enjoyed grilling out and enjoying the great outdoors!

My sister (80, wheelchair), my dog, and I stayed in this unique lodging for a week. She LOVED sitting out back, where my dog ran around and explored the large, fenced-in area. She moved around with ease, including the bathroom, kitchen, and living area. We had lots of storage, great air-conditioning, a beautiful drive, plus amazing stonework and stories to enjoy. My dog and I took long walks on the road, by the woods, and through meadows - if you do, expect lizards and insects.

Beautiful!!! Minutes away from Branson, but peacefully away from the hustle and bustle. Karen was wonderfully on top of everything! The grand tour was beautiful and the story behind the castle was touching. Fresh produce from the garden was a plus! Started every morning with coffee in the huge backyard edged by forest. And every evening playing pool or one of the games in the game room. Or just enjoying the deer that come out of the forest to eat. We definitely plan to make this our Branson getaway place to stay!!!

This unique property is remotely nestled into the beautiful wooded countryside. Branson is just a short distance away. The suite is spacious and comfortable. The large fenced backyard was a huge plus for our dog. We enjoyed the attached game room, however the pool table needs repair. Karen (the host) is an absolute joy!! She added some thoughtful extra touches for our grandson's birthday. This was our 2nd stay here and we plan to return.

This was a beautiful setting, I woke up and sat in the quiet on the back porch while my dog did her thing, everything in Branson was about 30 minutes away, so we did a lot of fun things there, came home and made dinner, then either relaxed or went out for karaoke nearby. I heard birds I had never heard before and saw flowers I hadn’t seen before. Karen was a sweet lady we invited to karaoke with us one of the nights. We are already planning on coming back next year!
