Great host. Danny came over on Thanksgiving morning and took care of us. Perfect place for a large family dinner.

Beware!!! VRBO's Health and Safety Team has launched an investigation into this property after my stay and phone calls. While the concept of this converted chapel is charming, the reality was filthy and unsettling. Bathrooms were grimy, walls splattered, and hair was in tubs and a bed. I spent more than two hours scrubbing kitchen counters, backsplashes, and restroom walls, wiping thick dust from window sills, and cleaning crumbs, dust and hair from drawers. Furniture was stained and we even found boogers on a bed frame and a semen-crusted washcloth (with pubic hairs on it) in an armoire left from a previous guest. I wish I was joking. See photos. Safety and privacy were also serious concerns. Twice we heard a male's voice behind a fabric drapery in the basement/laundry area the host told us not to enter. The host said it was the property manager, but this was after 10pm. Unsettling. The upstairs air conditioners broke twice (once needing freon the second, it was leaking and had streams of water flowing down the wall), and left us without cooling upstairs. Upstairs sleeping areas had no walls and offered no privacy/noise canceling, making restful sleep nearly impossible. There were ants in a bathroom, and the front door needed to be banged shut in order to lock (further disrupting upstairs guests without walls)This property’s concept may be unique, but our stay was stressful, uncomfortable, and at times unnerving. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We came to Colorado for an Eric Church concert at Red Rock. We decided to stay at a church as well. This place is awesome fun location with lots of local businesses to support near by.

Danny was a great host and super communicative. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in town. There is a great dive bar two blocks down, 1 dollar oysters at Angelos next door, and a Trader Joe’s that is only a 2 minute walk. Thanks again for a great experience, Danny!

I stayed in the house with 4 other colleagues while we were attending a conference at the Convention Center. The house is a converted church -- so cool and interesting! Everything was spotless and there were plenty of amenities for our purposes. Probably the best part was how communicative the hosts were in making sure everything was going well with our stay. Was also convenient uber to the convention center and other conference-related events.
