Always love staying at this property. It’s the best place I’ve ever stayed me and my wife will be back.

The property was beautiful surrounded by nature and a fountain garden. We enjoyed our stay there. The only issue we had was the room above us had a party and the noise kept us awake until 5 am. The walls were thin and the floors were squeaky, you could hear the rooms above us had a party with too many guests. It would have been nice to have a host there to greet and make aware of extra unwanted guests.

Beautiful property. The room and building were clean and attractive. It would be good to have some information in the room about accommodations, local eateries and entertainment, etc. It was cold in the room and we were unable to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. It was difficult communicating with the host when a change in dates was made.

Could use one more trash can in room also outside near parked cars. Also, the room was too cold and we could not find a thermostat to turn off the air.

This property is truly a gem. It is tucked away and feels private and peaceful. We loved reading in the library and walking in the gardens. We also loved that our room had a balcony with the most amazing view of mountains and trees. We had everything we needed in the coffee station downstairs for tea, coffee and water. We used the sauna and hot tub which was nice. We liked that we were just 10-15 minutes from downtown Ashland and wineries. We had a lovely anniversary weekend.

This is my second stay at the property but it won’t be my last. It is such a pleasant way to spend the time I am here and I always have what I need. The grounds are so inspiring and lovely.I highly recommend!

The Castle is was modeled after classic French styling. The building in general is narrow. The inside is well kept and clean. Small coffee bar with pod coffee machine. Room was quint with a balcony out the back. TV. fridge and microwave. 2 closets to tuck away luggage ( shared with a few random things ) key code to enter the Gate, house and room, 3 different codes. Would recommend and stay again.
