Overall its a nice place to enjoy a short vacation. However, the residents there are horrible. I rented this lot for 5 days, and bc my camper was not registered they would not allow us to extend our stay. I explained to them i did not register it bc i just bought it and wanted to make sure everything worked and what repairs i would need before i did so. One of the residents who help me hook up our water whos name was Stew and rode a green golf cart with flames on it called and emailed the office and the owner of the lot to complain about the tag. My trailer wasnt as pretty as all the others so he took it upon himself to drive his cart up the driveway and walk all the way around to the back to take a picture of the tag. The park threatened to have me trespassed if I did not leave and remove the trailer. I couldnt have it towed at that time so I had no choice but to leave to keep from going to jail and my dog going to pound. My trailer was impounded and Im not sure if I can get it out. Im in process of getting an attorney bc I was never informed that it had to be registered or of any of the park policys as far as my trailer was concerned.
