Perfect location at River Ranch RV Resort

We had a great time at River Ranch on site 377 and loved the spot. The site is in a perfect spot, short walk to pool and bath house. Great landscaping and lighting. It's just a short distance to all the amenities of River Ranch. We can't wait to return.

The Site was beautiful and well located and topped with all of the amenities that River Ranch has to offer ! Booking is extremely easy and the owners are very VERY quick when responding and providing all of the necessary information ! No disappointments at all !!! Definitely 5 Stars !!! Great lot, close to pool, bath room, and activity. Large lot, able to open slide, nice out door furniture, fire pit, very clean, lots of trees for shade.

Great site for families! We were right next to the pickleball courts and pool! Site is setup great for family. The only issue is cellphone service, we have Verizon and we had only 1 bar of 4G the whole trip!

The site was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

Property was fresh, clean, and comfortable. The golf cart was super convenient so be sure to add it on to your stay! We enjoyed exploring the property as well as the rodeo and amenities the resort offered. This location is literally steps to the pool which was empty both times we went. If needed, the public bathrooms and showers are right there as well and sparkling clean. Setup and breakdown at the site was easy and everything you need is there for your camper. There is ample amount of space for families big or small and our pups loved having space to lay around and enjoy the breeze at night. We are already planning to return hopefully in November!

This was easily one of the best sites we ever stayed at. Very nice with good amenities. I particularly like the lay-out. Plenty of space for a class A motor-home, two cars and a golf-cart, yet, because it is so wide (nice) plenty of space to sit around with the family in the shade. Stone throw distance (literally) to the pool and other activities. Also, River Ranch is very entertaining for the whole family. A golf cart is very handy. We rented the one that comes with the site and that was great. The Saturday Rodeo is a must. Great entertainment. Even though River Ranch offers a lot of facilities like restaurants, Starbucks and a General Store, make sure you don't need anything else, because the nearest town is 30 minutes away. The only thing we regret is that we just went for two nights. There is just too much to do for one full day on location. We'll definitely be back in the near future for a longer stay. Thanks, Rick

Very nice and well-maintained site. The location being close to two restroom facilities worked well for us having young children. Host Rafela is very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.
